Is LibreLinkUp reliable after the latest update?

Why does LibreLinkUp keep logging me out and showing the tutorial?

this latest update has good points and one really bad point. I love that I don't have to wait 15 mins to see changes. The fact that it is instantaneous is great. I got a call from Abbott. They asked me deinstall and reinstall the app from website. Post which the issue seems to have been resolved as of now... 16th July 2026: The issue has cropped up again since yesterday!!!!

While my husband can see his numbers on his app, I can't. It doesn't matter how many times I have reinstalled the app, or that it has 0 updates, still can't see any information. Why allow sharing if you are not going to send the information?

You guys took something that worked and ended up making it a pure hindrance at best
Going to downgrade to 1*. Was once a very useful app till the Devs ruined it with an 'update'. Read the many reviews we're all saying similar things. We're not getting any low or high sugar alerts since the update. Please keep working on the app so family members can support our families like before the app updated to the new version. Just revert to the old app until you figure it out. Stop sending generic responses on here Newyu. It's been 3 months already!

Always disconnects. I have not been able to follow my husband numbers for weeks. I have uninstalled, reinstalled. Had him resend the link ,went through the link from email and still nothing. i get to the blue logo screen and it stays there for however long I keep the app open. If there is ever an issue while he is not with me I would never know. deeply disappointed in this.

Are LibreLinkUp readings accurate?

horrible and not safe!!!!! do not get it! it told me my husband's blood sugar was 45. it wasn't. it was 250. I GAVE HIM SUGAR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! it also doesn't work half the time. my husband's app glitches out and gives him the wrong number and it's beyond off. both of the apps are absolutely horrible. I don't recommend. a finger prick is much more accurate. this has gotten up to 200 plus points off. even on his actual device. the link isn't a real link that you gave me.
garbage. keeps disconnecting. provides incorrect data to the person in linked to. anytime I open the app via notifications, it keeps popping up a message that says "there was an error" but shows no error code. the most annoying part is there's no password saving! this isn't fort knox! it's only a glucose reader! I'm not bound by hippa and neither is my phone. worse is the new "libre app" the person I'm connected to has! it'll disconnect for no reason too many times during the day.
it doesn't capture most of the low points, specially in Red zone. like sugar goes low, its 72, it shows, it goes further low to 68(red zone), spontaneously it shows, but in a minute or 2 it comes to 71 (green zone) the red point is removed from the chart.

Hello my father is dangerously diabetic. He is on insulin and can die any night in his sleep. My family and I have been using this app upon request of the diabetic specialist. It worked fine for years and now all of a sudden the app opens but never loads on all of our phones. This was before I updated the app, and upon updating and reinstalling the app still fails to load. I am familiar with software development. This is seriously not right, and a bug like this should never have left testing.

Most of the time the app is not receiving any information. The sole purpose of this device is to give sugar level readings and it doesnt work. The times this device works its great but it rarely does. please fix
