Update: The 10/1/26 version fixed at least some of the issues. I haven't had opportunity to check them all. Sadly, my Recent and Favorite orders were not preserved through the 2 updates. The 9/23/26 version is a dismal failure. After updating, I can't log in (which denies me use of the rewards program) and I can't order as a guest (which makes the app completely useless). The restaurant told me I'm not the only person encountering this problem. Clearly, something went away here.

The new update will not let me log into my account. I went to the physical store location to sign in with the kiosk. Even the kiosk will not sign me in. It said my phone number is not found. The new update literally erased my entire rewards account. And I had over $50 in gift cards that were loaded onto my account. Thanks Steak N Shake!

completely unusable. latest update ends in a constant login loop, will let you logmin via linked site, then upon returning to the app, no account. login/signup buttons yake you to home screen with zero login. useless at this point, and it NEVER works with the kiosk. had my account for many years and kiosk wont find my phone# or scan the app, ever, since the in store changes.

I ordered 3 combos with shakes. showed up and they said -we just received my order. I said - thats fine. they said - park and come in. it should take 10 minutes. I asked - what's the difference of just being in the line. there is absolutely no difference. they said -'please park and come in'. they should bring it to my car. I am watching cars go through the line and my order is still not ready. Atleast by getting out of line and sitting here gave me the opportunity to write this glow review.
