honestly bad experience with rides, I keep raising the fare to the maximum while so many drivers are in the same area and none of them come

most useless app ever, i never get drivers when i need them most!!!

First time on the app, items missing from my order delivered. Follow-up shows they didn't pack them because they don't have stock! Like why the hell did you allow me to order if you don't have? Now waiting for refund.... Worst experience so far

i paid for my order. did not receive my order but the notification says delivered. cant get hold of anyone... money was taken but no product received.

worst delivary app ever . i do not recommend at all . they even call to tell you the order is cancelled vecause they don't deal with that store anymore . my order took almost 3 hours and still is not here yet . I ordered it for work lunchtime and I'm about to leave and still have not eaten anything

There were missing items from my order, and I called support to inform them, and they said they will refund me or deliver the items, and no action has been taken it's almost the end of the day and the items were purchased yesterday.

Poor customer support and I got robbed my money I only recieved half of my order and issue was not resolved. Johannesburg Randburg Yassir market fourways.

I paid 200 TND into an account I created with my UK mobile and found out that the app does not allow you to pay with your credit when it is an international number but nothing mentions that. I reached out to support several times but was just ignored. still waiting to get reimbursed. There are also several random cancellations of orders as I discovered after making another account with my local number

expect to wait for 2 hours for your lunch and have customer support hang up on you.

Totally YasScam of an app. Advertises itself as this convenient, low priced, freshest products, top of the market app when it underperforms in all aspects. Ordered a small grocery order with Yassir at 16:14 promised to come in 40 minutes. When I tell you I waited and waited and no order was insight, no updates no nothing. Useless customer service channels, no response to calls, no response to emails, and an utterly useless chatbot. Order came at midnight 7 hours late, missing items & no refund!

my eta kept changing it started with 8:30 upto 10 until I canceled my order the help line is useless (u get ignored) not helpful at all....they have ur contact details bt will never update u if they are facing any issues

trash payment system, transaction finished and money was cut from my bank account but the app says payment failed. ridiculous

AVOID IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY AND CARE ABOUT QUALITY dropping my review to one star, bugged payment methods, i select pluxee and i get forced into cash. orders are very late the worst one came after two hours (not fast food anymore) this occurred way too many times and in multiple shops. customer support is horrible (chat bot doesn't work and your personel are very rude). the taxi option is so bad that i often order a ride and get a response after 30 minutes. and the push notifications are spammin

the app is good, but it bothers me that we cannot cancel a food delivery order, y'all should fix that

Amazing app if you want to improve your waiting skills. also there's no customer service and you cannot cancel your order even if it takes more than an hour to arrive.

Highest prices on the market for the rides. Option to delete the account doesn't function, shows an error and a "try again later" messages all day, every day.

I scheduled a ride at night, and your driver abandoned me. I contacted the support and instead of taking immediate action, they said "we'll contact the driver", half an hour passed nothing, I call back and the same answer. Good job losing one of your loyal clients. 👏

quand on programme un voyage hors wilaya les génies de yassir attendent la dernière heure pour vous confirmer que vous aurez un chauffeur. on m'appelle a la dernière minute et on me ballance " monsieur il n’y a pas de chauffeur disponible pour votre trajet" fallait confirmer au moins 3 ou 4 heures a l'avance. sincèrement non seulement les tarifs on augmenté mais vous réussissez a nous mettre dans des situations sordides.

Extrêment déçu par le service Yassir. j'ai réservé un taxi pour le lendemain 4h30 du matin pour aller à l'aéroport. j'ai reçu l'appel de confirmation de Yassir indiquant que je recevrai un SMS avec le contact du chauffeur. 4h20 pas de SMS. j'ai appelé le service client, après une attente de 15min environ on m'a coupé au nez. Je n'ai pas eu de taxi évidemment et il fallait en trouver. Je tiens à preciser que c'est la 2eme fois que ça m'arrive. je ne vais plus utiliser Yassir

wont let you through without location access. no option to chose on map like glovo. i dont like intrusive apps forcing "access" to function. asks for contacts, calls and more. and "IT IS A MUST"
