Totally YasScam of an app. Advertises itself as this convenient, low priced, freshest products, top of the market app when it underperforms in all aspects. Ordered a small grocery order with Yassir at 16:14 promised to come in 40 minutes. When I tell you I waited and waited and no order was insight, no updates no nothing. Useless customer service channels, no response to calls, no response to emails, and an utterly useless chatbot. Order came at midnight 7 hours late, missing items & no refund!

Why does Yassir customer support not respond?

Très mauvaise expérience. Chauffeur malpoli, en retard et conduite extrêmement dangereuse : excès de vitesse, dépassements par la droite et sur ligne continue, téléphone au volant, même dans les virages. Aucun professionnalisme. Très déçu que Yassir ne soit pas plus sélectif avec ses chauffeurs, surtout pour un trajet vers l'aéroport. Je passerai par une autre application à l'avenir.
