the tariff is more than taxi cost. i was charged 35 euro for 10km after offering free first ride. the same rice was charged 35 euro. i blocked my card. if you give me the discounted pass price I will settle the account
in just 62 minutes it charged 150 SAR + 3 SAR unlocked charges. they don't have any packages, i checker twice, there is no limit option you attached your card they charge when you locked it.

I paid for a month of free unlocks. Then the app proceeded to raise prices from 0,35CHF per minute to 0,45CHF per minute. I find this very annoying.
Installed for a free ride coupon but now it's only for new users

Why can’t I sign up or log in to Dott (previously TIER)?

Terrible experience. Sign up went good and quickly, but after I started my ride, the map would not work anymore, which meant that I did not know where I was allowed to park. Because of this, the ride became way longer and more expensive than expected. The map should keep working, it would be nice of parking spots could also be looked up on the website or a pdf and it should be possible to end the ride without your phone in case it goes dead. I better use Donkey Republic again next time.

und a scooter in a no ride area. Started a ride. Scooter broke down and halted into a stop. But on the app the ride was still going on. And the scooter wouldn't just move any more. So I ended the ride and got charged for the "ending the ride in the no ride area" 5 euros thank you and please. Contacted the support about this injustice to get my 5 euros back. Got back some generic bs guided by corporate greed saying we have your 5 euros and nothing you can do about it.
It will find the way to let you down when you most need it. Either bikes not locking or parking spots full when there's clearly not that many vehicles. You'll see how casually your ride time is increased longer than it should. Edit: New feature! App crashes after vehicle is reserved not allowing to scan the QR and therefore making impossible the ride. 😂
legal parking not recognized. anable to end ride support unavailable. this company is basically forcing you to pay 15 € per ride
