Do not use this app ever, they will overcharge you for no reason and then try to compensate with a coupon that you cannot redeem fully as it allows you 20% amount. I have got scammed as they have charged me double and then compensating only 20% amount that too could only be available when you are ready to be scammed by the same app again. They are non cooperative looters, don't download or use it.

Is Yango legit?
Yes, it is a legitimate service operating in many countries, and plenty of recent reviews praise polite drivers and low fares. That said, several long-time users say the experience has declined, citing fare disputes and account problems, and say they no longer recommend it.
I have been using Yango for the past two years, but unfortunately, the service has become very disappointing. The fare shown on my mobile is often different from the driver’s mobile. I have also booked AC rides multiple times, but drivers claim the ride is showing as a normal ride on their side. These issues are extremely frustrating. I will not recommend Yango to anyone anymore.

Why is my Yango account restricted "for security reasons"?
This is one of the most damaging complaints in recent reviews. Users report the app suddenly showing the account restricted for security reasons and telling them to contact support, then support failing to resolve it for weeks or months despite repeated emails. WORST app ever!!!. when ever i try to use the app it says the account is restricted for security reasons. To remove the restriction, contact support. And i have been contacting the support since few months and still the issue has not been solved!!! Update- Still the issue has not been solved after many emails! New Update- it is 16-5-2026 it has been 3 months and have emailed them many times but still the issue has not been solved!!! UPDATE- IT IS 5th Aug and has been 5 Months and Still Broken

Why was I overcharged on Yango, or why does the fare differ from the driver's?

we book a car of 675 it shows 675 fare in the home and when we get inside the car then it shows 700 and when we arrived the driver tell us that the fare is 795 in his phone and also our phone shows 700 so who is the responsible to ask this tell me please😠😠

Why does Yango say no drivers are available or keep passing my ride to the next driver?

Extremely Poor Support & Tech Issues I have been trying to get my ride details sent to my email for over a week now. Support team simply told me there is a "bug" preventing them from sending ride details and provided zero estimated time for a resolution.
