RUN!! They basically exist to scam you out of money by signing you up for their useless AI savings nonsense and then make it all but impossible to cancel it. The entire thing is essentially Ai ran and you can't get an actual human if your life depended on it. Nothing about this company is good for the end user. STAY AWAY!

I love this app. as well as I needed help canceling an old account and the support was smooth and so easy and helpful. great experience. the app itself is super helpful for my budget which in terrible at. highly recommend.

I CLOSED THIS ACCOUNT I didn't deactivate it. I did this over a year ago when they raised the price. There is a lot of steps to close it. I just discovered they didn't stop taking money out of my bank account. I can say it is very unfortunate from a budget app. Be careful and Don't be me!!!
They are thieves. I canceled their service on 07/23/2026 and they still charged me $19.99 on 07/27/2026. They don't have customer service you can speak to. They robots doing their job.

Data miner? False advertising? Albert offers cash advance and loan options, but then lists them as "unavailable" upon a successful registration. So in the end result, Albert just collects your information (probably to sell) and offer no financial support for those with bad credit. Not recommended!
