This is the second time I downloaded the app in the last 3 month. I deleted it for the same reason. If I click "forget password" the verification screen can not be found when I leave to open my email. If I need to open my tickets on this app it should not be this difficult to just sign in.
This is a terrible app. Multiple times this season the app loading screen comes up and doesn't do anything more than that. I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times and then been caught in an endless loop of signing in, getting a success message and then GETTING SENT STRAIGHT BACK TO THE SIGN-IN SCREEN. Please fix this app. It makes me not want to buy tickets. The only thing that has worked a couple of times is going into the main MLB app, logging out & back in there. Make it make sense.
logging in to the app is difficult. Accessing the verification code from a text, followed by getting back into the app to paste it in results in having to re-log back into the app, at which time the verification code has expired. I needed to have the access code sent to email, got the code on my computer while keeping the app open on my phone. Someone needs to fix this mess.

Would have been FASTER and easier to drive down and buy tickets.

Every game is nightmare with this app, it's link with ticketmaster is awful and unreliable. You can buy tickets and then be riddled with errors and not be able to view them, transferred tickets get lost. You need customer service? Good luck, the response time is useless when trying to fix something on game day. Edit: This app is still terrible. Everything above still stands years later.Shame on MLB if you're gonna force this app it should not ruin or hinder the gameday experience.

perhaps I wasn't clear, I cannot get into the app AT ALL. It either has a white screen, or keeps asking me to login. App constantly crashes. most of the time it doesn't even open. I have to prepare the app for hours before a game to hopefully allow me to use it when I'm there. they require you to use this app but the app doesn't even work. I have tried to open this app for 3 hours uninstalled and reinstalled and it won't get passed the logo screen. when you do eventually get to the login screen good luck if it actually lets you log in. you do the 2 factor authentication and it just goes back to loading.

A bit flakey to get logged in, had to use a web browser to verify my email. It's also very nosey and wants a lot of unnecessary permissions and grabs as much data as it can. Glad I'm using a VPN and blocking access at the network level. The ticketing part seems to work and was straightforward. Sure would be nice if it wasn't stuffed to the gills with spyware and tracking.
