Same error over WiFi and cellular so it's not my internet. All the app is good for right now is checking movie times. This is completely unacceptable considering that it's needed at the theater.

As an A list member, it would not let me book more than 2 movie shows even though they promise up to 3 at a time. Customer service is hard to reach. Ruined my plans. Now it doesn't even let you login on the app anymore. I can only use the website. They also block you if you check multiple show times on multiple dates. $30 / month for this!
thus app is ALWAYS not allowing you to login. I don't understand this at all. This is a constant issue ALL THE TIME. Plus if you have rewards or perks that are attached to your account, you cannot utilize them because, YOU CAN'T LOGIN. It is very frustrating to deal with this regularly. I am very much considering going to Regal because this is ridiculous.

Turn off Wi-Fi to login. I was getting the error occurred error like everyone else. I turned off Wifi and was able to log on cellular data. Not sure why it doesn't work on WiFi.
I've renewed my membership but the app won't let me login to change my address or order tickets. Keep getting an "Opps! An error has occurred. " I've un-installed and reinstalled numerous times, cleared the cache, restarted the phone after reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

Servers completely melt down when there is a major release. They charge 3 dollars per ticket you buy online unless you get a-list. Still, you lose out to people who go to the physical kiosks and buy 80 tickets to scalp. There are limits on how many tickets you can buy when buying online but none if you buy them in person So basically you are getting the app to pay more per ticket but still set up to lose to scalpers who camp outside the theater for hours. 1 star, would give 0 if possible.
Charge us $30 for popcorn and a drink and then have an app that can't handle a popular movie release. Of course I can check out as a guest but I can't sign in to use my free movie ticket from my stubs membership.
