this app was good when it first came out. now that the new CEO took over all the orders are extremely high miles with low pay, more miles then pay, so you are payung yourself to deliver someone elses order. Why am I not getting orders on Spark Driver?

I have to do this every few minutes to regain connectivity whether I'm on AT&T network, home wifi, or walmart wifi.

when everything is working right, great app. but if there is any type of issue, with pickup, delivery or anything else the app is ridiculously frustrating. once in the delivery process, if something goes wrong you cant skip a step and you cant back out and 9/10 times theres no human to talk to and the AI bot sucks. I live 3.5 miles from my Walmart, which happens to be the largest delivery Walmart in my state, yet its not uncommon for the app to take 20-30 min to find me a delivery.

I also have to double back anyway sometimes to the other side of the store when a customer adds an item in the middle of the shop. My time is worth more than the extra dollar. Shops take 2X longer now.

you can't see the full amount of time that it would take for the delivery. sometimes for g p s is wrong and takes you way out of the way , and you end up going to stop from where you almost started. the app also needs to be updated to current road conditions, for example, we have a bridge that is closed and they are we're being sent orders that where you have to, you can only cross the bridge one way for a whole year and Instead?Of making it last stop. otherwise , it adds about ten minutes.
