I clicked accept to a couple of those fast expire orders and realized it doesnt matter how fast you accept the order, Spark will not give you the order. They are posting fake orders and should be sued.
August 2026 you managed to make it even worse thats kind of impressive. 2026 Well, you guys have managed to ruin a perfectly good gig with predatory high miles, low pay and hiding the items so we don't know what they are until we get there. Also NOBODY wants to shop tripple orders. They suck that's why we left the other platforms. Why do you always trim the fat off the backs of the drivers? The New update sucks put it back the way it was. And If yall could stop stealing our tips that'd be great.

Sad, Spark used to be a decent paying delivery service until Daniel Danker came over from Instacart. Now the delivery range is larger, shopping triple orders, lowering base pay and mass on boarding of new drivers. Its just not worth it anymore. Corporate greed at its finest !

Wlamart has to be stealing tips, it went from great tips everywhere to tips being non existent. I live in FL with lots of old folk who use spark to have their shopping done for them, making good money ($25+/hr after gas) was easy. Thru 2026 they've constantly put in updates to make things difficult for the drivers and result in less pay for us. Well on America's birthday they managed to kill this app. Since the start of July, making $20+/hour is impossible, and that's before you factor in gas.
spark used to be a very good gig platform and the number one app I used most. But lately it's difficult to make a living on. Spark has lowered base pay And it's quite obvious when a customer tips $5 or more, the base pay is lowered even more the higher the tip (That's a dirty move right there)

I have already had to uninstall and reinstall this app numerous times, it will log you out in the middle of a trip then not let you log back in without a ton of security measures. this app puts drivers in danger as this app is not user friendly.
the new version of the app with the store map runs the battery on my phone down extremely fast (1% a minute). I deliver from the Pearl Mississippi store (#365) where there are so many people waiting on an order and so few orders to go around that I don't have a chance to accept an order unless it is just for me. As soon as an order pops up it's gone in an instant, sometimes it's just a flash on the screen with no chance of accepting it. makes me wonder how other people have time to accept it.

The app starts you off shopping for perishable items first so I have to bypass and view shopping list to shop. The isle numbers are now visible in the list but not in order so only half helpful. "first come first serve" shouldn't be used.Tips should be mandatory, too many people don't tip thinking we get paid good from Walmart and miles cost gas. Perishable orders need to be delivered first! the route that presets for in store shopping sucks. 75% of the time it has a person running all different directions and then back right where you just were to grab another item. I wish the shopper could setup there own route when they preview the items before we shop. it would help cut down with time spent shopping and things would run more smoothly.

you can't see the full amount of time that it would take for the delivery. sometimes for g p s is wrong and takes you way out of the way , and you end up going to stop from where you almost started. the app also needs to be updated to current road conditions, for example, we have a bridge that is closed and they are we're being sent orders that where you have to, you can only cross the bridge one way for a whole year and Instead?Of making it last stop. otherwise , it adds about ten minutes.
For the most part, the app is pretty easy to use. I do have some trouble when more than one order comes up. As offers, and I can't scroll, but like I can't move them up and down, like to scroll down the list to see which one I want.And that's very frustration.And also, sometimes when I hit the navigation button, it will take me somewhere random, and if I don't pay very close attention. My experience with the App has had it's issues but nothing like all the issues I am having now. Every time there's an update my APP gets horrible and you can't get any help from any kind of support. I've been doing this since it came to California and it was great but now it's just one issue after another. 1 and half years I've been trying to get on this app. first 2 times I got stuck in background check both times wound up resetting my account and starting over. every 2 weeks I call they escalate to their team and I never hear anything. now they're saying my zone is full they'll contact me. but I have friends that sign up and start delivering." same zone " it's ridiculous that I cannot call this team that the driver service operators escalate my claim to every time. but that's not an option.
App doesn't really work good at all. Trying to put in my bank account information so I can start and get paid and it wasn't recognizing my bank. Then it just stopped showing the option for direct deposit all together and just was leaving the one pay option which I don't want to do. The chat feature does not seem to work at all and when I try to email with the email provided it just tells me to go in the chat and the app.

It punishes you for not making it to the store in 25 minutes, but it makes you deliver more than 25 minutes away and will give you orders when you are more than 35 minutes away so your only options are not to take the order or take a hit on your numbers. Also, the paths they have you take on the store make no sense, ads unnecessary time to the trip because you're going back and forth through the store instead of going a logical route.

offers have declined in price you get docked on items you can't find because there not in stock and the worst thing yet they went to the same system as doordash your on a point system (favor system) and if your not sapphire tier you won't get priority calls and they will be worth less money
