Pethatic application . No safety for users driver and passenger .I'm yango driver today I'm accept a ride .The passenger is trying to act fraudulent activity on Army name. I observe situation and cancel the ride and reports this matter to yangoo support but support didn't give me any support ND reply if you cancel ride your priority should be decreased so you should complete ride..yangoo management plz improve your application . the response of support is very slow and generic
Yango is a good app. Include a Button that allows to show additional Passengers who will board with the Passenger . This will enhance security of the driver.

Dear Yango Team, drivers are suffering due to very low fares and long pickup distances. We often travel 3–5 km using our own fuel to reach passengers, but they can cancel anytime without penalty. If drivers cancel, 10 priority points are deducted. This is unfair. Please increase fares, add proper peak incentives, and compensate drivers when passengers cancel after we have travelled a long distance. Please treat your drivers fairly

As a driver, this app is a nightmare. The algorithm constantly forces unrealistically low fares that don't even cover the cost of fuel. On top of that, the app glitches constantly, freezing during trips or messing up navigation. Because the fares are so low, it attracts extremely rude and entitled customers who treat drivers like garbage, and if we try to cancel a toxic ride, the app heavily penalizes our driver rating. Yango needs to fix the app bugs and start protecting its drivers.
Great platform for transport and deliveries in Accra! The app is very user friendly, navigation is clear, and it makes getting around or picking up work super convenient.

Worst app among all the ride hailing and delivery apps. I was given 100 trips for 1700 Ghana cedis, I did 80 in 3 days on the last day which was a Sunday. They blocked me for a reason best know to them. I wouldn't recommend yango to a brother, I would rather recommend Bolt send or Uber. prices on Yango Ghana is damning, you ride 23 minutes to pickup a package for 19 cedis from sowutuom to Haatso how 🤔
your app does not accept ethiopian Id card and displays you do not recieve order message due to ID verification not passed. your lacation naming and job radius is totally unacceptable. 2km up to 6km far job is recieved specially in the pool jobs? is it profitable for the driver? or you are playing we dont care. your penalising the driver does not show transparency at all. you simple believe without both side verification which is another form of we dont care.the app is fast, easy to use.

In Nepal inDrive is the best app for riders because it gives per km = 20 Rs some time it will give more in zone so don't use yango pro and start using inDrive it is good for riders according to petrol rate it will be best so use inDrive if per km will be 20Rs will be good.

It doesn't add up to as how I will first need to fund my account before I can get orders from u guys.... It irritates me and totally pissed me off
the bonus packages are very bad, for instance my first week of driving for this app, I drove 30 trips hoping for a bonus of about 300gh cedis but I received 100 and was allowed to remove 80 and was even charged the momo charges on that amount. very bad. I will give it one more try but it's not looking good. the platform itself is solid but yeah driving on this app is not not not. FYI to anyone looking to drive on here.
