Is Traveloka customer service any good?

Will my hotel booking through Traveloka actually be honored?

went to check-in at a hotel the receptionist told us that our order did not go through and all the rooms were already booked, there were 4 people before us that had the same problem. called the customer service, which was replied to by a bot. tried customer service chat, waited for more than 1 hour and no solution. and all this happened on a busy weekend nite.

Why was my Traveloka PayLater (TPaylater) limit reduced or blocked?

Benefit paylater yang absurd. Paylater tiba2 diblokir dengan alasan pembayaran ada yang terlambat. Setelah diberikan bukti bayar yang tidak pernah telat, bahkan pembayaran lebih cepat, alasan berikutnya : kurang aktifitas pembelian dan pembayaran angsuran ada yang terlalu besar. Kalau aktifitas pembelian diperbanyak kan otomatis angsuran juga besar. Paylater kok kaya simalakama. Mending dihapus aja dah. #uninstall traveloka.
