This is a scam. I tried to book a flight, the booking didn't get through but I was charged for the booking. There is no way to get in touch with anyone specially without a booking number

These people are literally thieves.Booked a two way flight and they charged my account and took the money.I got to the airport and I was told the airline did not receive my booking.Im so frustrated had to spend more to get another flight and everytime I try to contact them I only get chat bot responses.If you wanna keep your money safe don't deal with this website.

Honestly best plane ticket service I've found: cheap, with a vast range of options, amazingly easy to use interface, and great options for protection (that don't bankrupt you). 11/10, I don't think I'll ever use a different service

Scammed with forced store credits! Cancelled my booking BEFORE flights were confirmed. Kiwi locked $1100 CAD into non-refundable "Kiwi Credits" instead of refunding my debit card. Support refuses to return money to my bank account, violating their own policy. I do not accept points. Today I'm filing a formal Chargeback dispute with my bank for unauthorized credit conversion and refusal to refund. Avoid this app!

Instant refund via credits is very convenient. A flight got cancelled, and I was able to cancel the connecting itinerary and buy a new one as soon as I found one within the app. Travel disruptions are stressful enough, Kiwi is there to make it easier, not harder.

The only "support" is a chatbot that loops the same scripted answers, with no way to reach a human or escalate anything. Cheap prices, zero accountability. Book direct and save yourself the fight.

Customer support is unresponsive and uninvested into checking anything beyond their system. I requested cancellation days before the flight, but the flight was still registered as "no show". Customer support provides AI generated answers and promises to involve a live person, but then the live agent just answers "we created a cancellation request to a flight vendor, there's nothing we can do" and closes the case. It has been going on for more than 2 months.

Horrendous (non delivery) booking experience and customer service. I booked a flight and received a confirmation but the flight ticket (PNR) was never issued by the airline. I had to rush and buy a last minute ticket at higher price at the airport. Email came about refund and compensation. I contacted the help desk immediately. 5 days later and no confirmation on any compensation or refund! Instead, they said they can't confirm any compensation as the flight wasn't cancelled or rescheduled.

I have made a terrible decision. I have purchased a Ryanair flight with Kiwi, they charged my bank account and yet i am waiting for my booking details. no email, no sms, no ways of contacting their customer services. Money gone has gone out and i have been 2 hours waiting for updates. it is a total nightmare. kiwi website customer service is bad and so confusing.

let me down massively with poor communication costing me a days pay, hotel and Uber fees for failing to book me onto a flight, then not telling me clearly in good time

This travel agent advertised one price, then hiked it at checkout point. Worse still, despite promoting '24/7 customer support', there was no way to speak to a real person when I needed quick help—leaving me in total state of panic. Imagine being stranded abroad with no one to call! A travel agency using bait-and-switch pricing and zero real-time support is evil. Save yourself the stress and avoid them entirely. Their licence should be revoked.

The ticket prices are way more expensive than going to the own airline website. And you have to pay to choose your seat?! Never again... Expensive as hell...

I like it a lot! It is easy to use. Most of all, it is giving me a great deal.

My fligth was late, missed my connection under connection protection i still had to pay extra 50 euro for the new fligths and didn't get accommodation for the night i was stock app was good customer support was ai but when I asked to talk to a human I did he just didn't help as well

After missing our connection, we tried using the Kiwi Guarantee credit to rebook. I selected a replacement flight for the next day through Kiwi, only to learn an hour later that the booking failed to go through. I then booked the exact same flight directly with the airline with zero issues. Kiwi's guarantee completely failed when we needed to rebook a compensation flight. They were no help in the end, and we had to rely on separate trip interruption insurance.

not bad. better when u buy ticket use extra service in case they change time for flight u can chnage your flight. and if u choose simle one u will face many problems when carrier change time for flight or cancel flight u need search another flight more headaches for u

Paid extra to pick specific seats. After payment the assignment changed on its own. At the airport the boarding passes didn't match what the app showed either. Three assignments for one booking: what I chose, what the app displayed, what I actually got. If the seat isn't guaranteed, don't sell it as an add-on and don't show a seat map that means nothing. Refund the fee or stop charging for it. Won't book through this app again.

there should be options for rating it in minus. I booked flight through this application and there it was showing that i don't have checking luggage, I enquired about it in there costumer care only to be reassured, so I purchased extra luggage through the flight directly only to be informed at checking counter that there was no need to purchase it as it was complimentary. so the application have wrong informan and costumer are paying extra for it. bad bad bad.

Absolutely terrible experience when booking tickets through this app. i recieved no boarding passes whatsoever and customer service never bothered to respond. i also payed for seats and in the end me and my passenger had totally different ones after doing the check in. avoid at all cost!!!

All apps work just fine but Kiwi. It will throw error "Please try later. There was a communication issue.". I tried multiple times, even forced close the app and deleted all data. Its the same using WiFi or mobile data. I don't use VPN. In such a state it's completely useless.

Login via Google stopped working! Re-installation did not help.

EDIT: Changing my system setting so my default language is English, the issue disappeared. I hope the devs fix the bug for those using other languages as default on Android. As others mentioned, I booked a flight with the PC, was asked to install the app, but can't login via the app with the same email as it keeps saying there's a "temporary error". Having the boarding passes at the phone seems like the most basic functionality for these kinds of apps.

one star for forcing me to install this. I don't need a separate app to fill the travel document details

worest app ever, i had to cancel a flight because the flight is self transfer to acountry requires a visa from me although its just a transit, i got only 5% of what i paid, dont ever book any flight using this app.

NOT VERY IMPRESSED.... They gave me 40 minutes to get though customs and go to the domestic terminal on my trip to Thailand (BKK). I could not do that and was charged about $250.00 by Air Asia to finish the trip that l had already paid for.

lo barato sale caro, se que pueden ser atractivos los precios y tr hace creer que ese viaje que querias hacer sea real pero va a ser lo peor, viajes internacionales comprados en aerolíneas normales(tradicionales) de por si ya es agotador y frustrarte agregar capas de dificultad con esta gente si algo sale mal es de seres muy muy pacientes
