Beware! its close enough to a scam! I wanted to try it as they were offering a really good discounted price. But that was just a bait to automatically bill me a high sum 3 months later! When I subscribed, they said they would notify me before the renewal, but of course they never notified me, then charged me almost 4x the amount of what I paid initially. As soon as I got billed I contacted them, but they refused to issue a refund (how convenient). And their chat bot is no better than chat gpt

Overall, I liked the app. It is easy and convenient to use, especially the journal, analysis, and advice features. However, two things were frustrating: after downloading it through an ad, logging into my account was confusing and I had to complete the questionnaire three times. Also, cancelling my subscription required five confirmations, including one by email, which felt excessive.

I subscribed for a discounted 3 months trial, and I haven't used the app. Surprisingly on the first minute of 4th month my credit card was charged for $108 immediately and I was wondering what is it. After a few minutes of investigation I found that my subscription was renewed without any prior notice and when I contacted the support and asked for refund they said you refund request is not approved because you just can ask for refund for you inital payment. It just looks like scam...

Cancel prescription on the Liven website by logging in. Cancelling on Google play doesn't cancel it. Just another way to con money out of people with extra steps to cancel. took 2 months off me at over £50 a month and I'd deleted the app and thought it was cancelled via Google play. Definitely not a therapeutic experience. edit: I sent an email as suggested by the reply to this post but they didn't offer any help or compensation. They just said I could use the app for the month I've paid for.

Be very careful with this subscription. I forgot to cancel it because I had stopped using the app. As soon as I noticed the renewal charge, I canceled the subscription and contacted support within hours. I had not used the renewed subscription at all, but they still refused to issue a refund, referring only to their policy. If you subscribe, don't expect any flexibility if you accidentally miss the renewal.

Used this app for a few days then forgot about it because it was fairly useless and not at all tailored as advertised. 3 months later, without any warning, got charged for another 3 months. Don't bother cancelling the subscription in the app - it does nothing. After installing it, make sure you cancel the direct debit immediately so you don't get charged without knowing. Costumer support was unhelpful. Just a waste of money.

After using for 26 day, my conclusion is this is an incomplete app which overpromises and underdelivers. There are updates almost every day which is irritating. Once I finish the first set of 30 mini-lessons in my Journey, the app is stucked and doesn't continue on to another journey or go deeper. The app just keeps repeating the last lesson. I have written to support and attached screenshots as requested but this problem has not been not rectified. I regret my 1 year subscription.

I was auto-charged despite cancelling immediately. I never used the app or any premium features, yet my refund request was ignored. Customer support only sends automated ticket confirmations and never responds. Based on my experience and many similar reviews, I'd strongly advise against entering your payment details. Very disappointing. They do reply saying email on this but it's useless no resolution.
