still blocked on the most secure mobile OS (GrapheneOS) meanwhile runs on seriously out-of-date Android versions just because they are Google approved.
Update: I am retracting my original review, as it appears they are at it again, this time actively trying to block GrapheneOS. GrapheneOS is the gold standard when it comes to security. What is happening right now is utterly ridiculous. Original Review: I am just glad they listened and for months now it works fine on GrapheneOS. So, credit where credit is due. Hopefully it stays that way and I am able to keep using Revolut as I kept having for years.

Latest release for Android (v10) is completely broken, requiring customers to not only clear the cache but ALL local data everytime we want to login, otherwise the app just hangs on the Revolut splash screen. This is completely unnacceptable for such a critical service; many including myself will leave for good if this isn't resolved promptly, as it is not only worrying it is also adding a lot of unnecessary friction.
app is constantly crashing and when i connect to my account in computer it sends confirmation approval to Revolut app that is crashing. basically i cant acess my accounts and do nothing with them.

I've got the app for some time and this is second time I've lost access to my accounts. The verification methods don't work, as they ask me for taking selfie, confirming the identity ,and then the situation repeats. I tried to chat with a member of the support team but I couldn't, because I couldn't login into the app. Catch 22.
Verification of account never happened even tho singpass was used. Generic chat bot answers that it is a technical issue on their side. Was kept on hold while the team works on the issue. deleted the account with incomplete registration after waiting 3 weeks.

the app crashes. i already reinstalled it, but still cant access. the last updates were on day 29 of July, reinstalled the app on 4th August. Now, when I solved the problem (07.08.2026), I can only complain about the lack of technical support. nobody answered me during 72h.
Good all-round banking and investing online bank. getting the daily saving interest (UK account) is a nice feature that makes it far more encouraging for saving than most other banks. the app itself is clean and pretty straightforward to use. also in app support calling makes it feel far safer than traditional banks that use the browser or traditional phone lines.

If you want your money to be secure, go to a real bank. With Revolut, it's easy to lose your money.
Do not get involved with this bank... Cannot open it no more. Edited on 25/05/2925: feature to remove transitions from page to make it easier looking for transitions has been removed. Edited again on 05/08/2026: Revolut automatically reactivate things that have been deactivated. Revolut don't own up to their mistakes. Kept losing money with them.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Needed it to purchase crypto on Metamask, and it wouldn't transfer funds. setup Google pay, and again, it wouldn't transfer funds. wasted 24 hours plus half a day trying to get transactions to work. Used another payment service in the end, done in 5mins, cost a little more. I've uninstalled and have no intentions of using it again.
