I was able to place an order, but continue to get the same error message. Then I sat in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes - not the fault of the app, and my order was received, but aggravating all around.

Have to manually enter my credit card in every time. Additionally it will usually come up with errors. No other fast food app does this with my payment method

this is the third time now where I ordered something using one of the BOGO offers and after I order it it disappears from the confirmed order and then I get charged for one instead of actually having both when and there's nothing I can do and the history doesn't show in the history so you can't show it anywhere in the app or show proof that you actually had ordered two it doesn't show that I redeemed the offer there's nothing there for me to actually show proof so basically they just swindled me
get free food with every 5 bucks spent. best value around . get you those taco specials tues & Thursdays

horrible app....says its sending a verification code to my email.....I never get it and I checked to be sure the email was correct....I am at the section that says to send a new code or go to the app....send a new code gives a generic response and clicking on the go to app route me back to login. guess there will be no money spent at Del Taco for me....i will go to Taco Bell as the app actually works.

I canceled my order because staff were being rude but I was still charged. They probably ate my food. refund was refused to I had to dispute it with my bank
