Simple to use but constantly breaks. I have uninstall and reinstall just to see mayyybbbeee it will work. it's frustrating. The app is easy to use, very straightforward but it crashes to much. stop playing with it if you can't keep it working.

A CAC Card isn't secure enough? Why have you now complicated that log-in to the point I can't get to my account at all!! I have been trying to connect to Genesis with this app for 2 months and the connection process continually fails. I am negatively impressed. I have now lost contact with my medical provider becasue of the "new and certainly unimproved" way of signing in to my medical provider. They have made it so secure the client can't even get in. Great.
