Why can't I log into the Wingstop app?

can't login to app. no matter how many times I enter the passcode. it just loops me back to the login screen. i've never seen an app do this. I was curious to see if I had points. because I was unaware there was a wingstop app. but i've always had an account. but seeing how i can't sign in on the app. or make a new account using my existing email. I won't find out.
The app will no longer let me sign-in. I just get an "oops our bad" message but I can log-in on the website.
everytime I click "forgot password" it sends a code to my email. when I open the email to read the code, the wingstop screen that asks for the code, dissappear and it goes back to the sign up screen so I never get the chance to put the code in to change my password. I can't even log into my account because I don't know the password and wingstops app doesn't keep the screen open for me to enter the code after I check my email. so I can't even use the app. stop closing window when I chk my email

I've been having payment issues for months now and nothing ever gets done about it. I've seen multiple people have the same issues where as soon as you try to pay, an error message appears with ANY card.
Payments no longer work. Have tried several cards including GPay. Unusable as if recent update. Update 7/26/2026: still no luck. Guess they don't care enough to fix it at this rate. Best of luck if you're on a Samsung Galaxy 🤷♂️

Can the Wingstop app take my money without placing my order?

this has to be the absolute WORST FOOD APP. They took my money and told me there was a problem with the order. I call support and they tell me that the money will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. Do not use this app to order your food, all they will do is take your money and leave you without food.
There's a bug in the payment system. I tried to make an order through the app with my card and it was charged about 4 different times. I was reimbursed 2 other times but I'm still missing 1 other reimbursement. The only way I got my order through, was through Google Pay. Do Not use your card through their system. Use Google Pay.

I can't use my free small fries discount code in the app. It says a minimum purchase of $5 per customer service. But it only works if I spend over $10. Wingstop please fix your app! Because that's not right. If you have rules and are not following them, but you expect use to follow them.
The app is fine. Ive submitted like, 3 receipts after the fact. big orders too. I should have over 3000 points. The app seems to only count app related purchases. Kinda disappointing. I like ordering when I'm there.

Avoid Winstop delivery! Store refuses to refund delivery mistake. I ordered directly through this app, and they delivered the completely wrong food. When I contacted the store, they refused to issue a refund, claiming they have to wait 5–10 days for a DoorDash refund before they can pay me back. Absolute bureaucratic nightmare. If I pay Wingstop $45 directly on their official app, Wingstop needs to handle refund immediately, not make the customer wait on their third-party logistics conflicts.

Can you cancel or change an order in the Wingstop app?
