this service is a scam! I wanted to see what type of meals were available, but you can't see that type of detail without signing up for the service. when I signed up, I realized I did not like the meal choices, so I immediately canceled the service within 5 minutes of signing up. I even got a text from them, and I repeated multiple times that I don't want the service and to not charge me. In those 5 mins, I was charged almost $200. they are scam artists disguised as a legit business!

Do not sign up!! Warning! They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. I tried to cancel through the app many times. You click the cancel button and it says try again error, every time. They will give you the runaround while you pay weekly for mediocre meals you don't eat.
food was ok. found some meals I really liked but most were not something I would get again. I can't cancel my membership due to a "technical issue" and apparently customer support does not get access to manage memberships. who can I contact to get this resolved.

Factor is great, but their app couldn't possibly be worse. Picking meals is impossible, as anytime you switch to another app, or even change search filters, it resets your meal choices. Most recently we input meals, submitted them, and it still ended up changing our choices We've tried this app for months now; zero changes in app stability. Use their website, uninstall this pointlessness

The meals are great, but their insistence on using Jitsu for delivery is ruining their service. I've had 4 boxes of meals stolen in the past year because the Jitsu drivers don't follow the instructions I left.
I've been enjoying the food and placing/editing the food you want is easy, but tracking your food, is less than desirable. I was told it would arrive by 8 AM this morning and it's almost 2 PM with no food in sight. This isn't the first time this has happened. It would be helpful to be able to see if the delivery is nearby so your day isn't wasted waiting if it's running late. Also the app doesn't inform you right away when it does arrive. It's usually delayed. Strongly questioning cancelling.

signed up, discovered this is just old fashioned tv dinners you have to microwave. They were meh at best. Canceled prior to week 2, but was charged for that week an hour after canceling, and at the full price, not the discounted price i would have paid if i waited to cancel a day later. Refused a refund, even refused to charge the original discounted price they agreed to. Sleazy money grabbers. avoid.
I have requested for my entire account to be cancelled, I wasn’t particularly pleased with the meals. The chicken was dry, dishes that needed sauce had nothing, the seasoning was missing on many dishes. I asked several times to cancel my account and your company has ignored the request. I even spoke to the delivery person to take the box back and was told he couldn’t do it. He left it on my front porch through extremely warm temps and animals got into it. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND REFUND CHGS!

Pretty much all the changes made to the sort/filter options are baffling to me, as the previous app version had really comprehensive functionality in that area that made it very easy to pinpoint very specific meals.
I was about to go order a new box cause it was good. But then I found out that the next box was automatically ordered for me. Which pissed me off, but what's worse is they gave me 3 chicken meals. When I filled out their quiz I said NO to chicken! So now I have to pay a ton for meals I'm not ganna be able to eat when I didn't even want to order. I just wanted to try the app out. I was about to make recurring orders, but now, after the stuff I already ordered, I'm hesitant to use this again.

Installed app and tried to set up but kept going in a loop. got address and was accepted but then just repeated. without seeing the menu it's not worth the effort to try to log in

My package was supposed to be delivered today and never arrived. Customer service doesn't respond and switches agents frequently without resolving the issue.
