Is Domino's Pizza USA app not working for ordering?

It never even sent a code (yes, I checked Spam). Again, using a web browser works fine.
UPDATE; it is now 3 months later and the app is still having technical difficulties despite my email to the app creater. I've had this app for over a year and it's CONSTANTLY having technical difficulties resulting in having to call the store instead which leads to losing out on points and not getting the online deals. Points are only earned per order not based on how much you spend. I find that it's just easier to call the store instead of using the app.
Every time I have used this app something has gone terribly wrong. First it was it could not submit my order to the store and I had to call them. If I wanted to talk to a person I wouldn't have downloaded the app!!! I decided to download it after months of not having domino's pizza. Big mistake!!!! I can get all the way to the screen where I am ready to place my order and it says "pricing error" and won't update my cart. I can't even pay for my order. Still an issue in 2026.

New update caused it to forget my password. I only tried that many times because the "login without password" option kept sending codes the app then said were invalid (both by text and email). My account is now locked. When I try to reset my password, it emails a broken link -- says it redirected too many times and I should delete cookies. Well, I did that and am still getting the same broken reset link. Guess I'm done with Domino's.
App wont let me change my password x.x. I just ordered last week and now its requiring my login and the password reset is broken. Guess they don't want me to use my points or rewards 🤔? Eh I'll just spend my money somewhere else 🤷♂️

Also lacks transparency when it comes to the cost of add-ons, they upcharge for everything but don't tell you how much until you go to check out...
it literally won't let me place an order half the time. there are so many technical issues that I haven't been able to apply any of the deals that I'm supposed to have in the app for a week at this point and I've literally never had a worse experience with a delivery app. every time I try to apply a deal, even if it a nationwide deal, I get told the app is having technical issues and it won't let me apply it. then, when I put in the address with all of the information it says the info's missing.

Can you reorder previous orders in Domino's Pizza USA?

Back to 1 ⭐. The app does not let the user reorder the whole previous order(s), just items. Do I need to dig a 6'x3'x6' hole in the ground to bury the programmer? Fix the app!!! I already have a felony and am nearing the end of life. Fix the app Test the app Post the app That's how you do it. Tell me, how does one change/update one's credit/debit cards without ordering a pizza or whatever? Maybe have the president of the company try reordering a pizza with one button to reorder everything.

Since it won't let me pay and leave a tip, I'm ordering from Papa John's until it is fixed (again).

the new version of this app is terrible. by FAR the worst part is the fact that you can't check in as being at the store carside until the pizza is out of the oven, and even then the button to check in is a third of the size it used to be so it's visually hard to find. so instead of reading peacefully in my car while I'm waiting I need to keep checking the app over and over again until that check in appears. it genuinely makes it more annoying to order from you.

Can you change saved addresses, cards, or store location in Domino's Pizza USA?

The app has seen some improvements since the updates outlined below. The experience is getting better, but nowhere what it used to be. ----- The Domino's app used to be at the top of its game. Extremely user friendly, easy to use, and full of cutting edge features. However, the new layout has absolutely wrecked the user experience. It is hard to read, hard to understand what is going on or where you are supposed to go.

It's okay. I just wish I could reorder my favorites. I have to re-enter all the details Everytime. Also a place to add notes would be nice.
The app isn't bad but I wish things were more customizable. Other apps I can pay for or request a ridiculous amount of onions, they'll let you add Extra Extra or atleast a message to ask for it. Just putting extra on the dominos app guarantees you wont have hardly any at all. I'm pregnant, all I want is a spinach feta pizza with a ridiculous amout of onions, no matter the cost, but I have to go into the store and ask for it everytime because theres no way to do it on the app so I dont go often.
