Updating my previous rating. I had given IHEART two stars due to excessive ads. I had listened to two ads, three songs, followed by SEVEN ads. My update goes to ONE star due to the fact that I listened to FOUR ads, followed by ONE SONG, and ending with SEVEN MORE ADS. I know you have to get paid IHEART, but this is too much. You get paid 1 cent AT MINIMUM per ad. With millions of users listening to multiple ads per day, your revenue is massive. This is ridiculous. Be better.

The app cuts out. It will play ads for podcasts for 5-10 minutes while the show you're trying to hear goes on without you. It used to be better - almost flawless. They seem to have fixed the forever ads, but now the same ad plays over and over 3-4 times before the show starts. Drives me crazy. Just as bad as the 10 minutes of ads and no podcast starting. Same rating.

It's online radio with advertising. It works just fine.

all radio ads say this is a free app and don't have to make a payment but looking through the app and trying to listen to a few songs then it's asking for a payment. if this was truly a free app the developers wouldn't ask for payments since the ads on the radios say their paying advertisers are the ones who are "paying" for the paid part of the app making it "free" for users. false and as another user stated there are a lot of songs on the app that no one can access.

greatttttt idea (R C ). I love this started with u went u started. Its free. U can upgrade to what u like. It's yours.

better than satellite radio don't change a thing. In paying for the premium package on iheart, it's cheaper than satellite radio

downloaded podcasts no longer play when you lose Internet. I was travelling through an area with no signal for hours and the podcasts I was listening to simply stopped working at all even though I had supposedly downloaded the episodes. same with planes which rarely have good stable internet.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. After 6 hours online not only did it not download a single podcast but it also made access to what I had already downloaded suddenly unavailable. Not deleted just not available to open unless I went back online. Knowing I was going to be offline was my whole reason for downloading or attempting to have offline things to listen to. Terrible.

it does not work if there is no wifi

Have a new Pixel phone and that doesn't fix the issues with this app. constant freezing spinning, cannot get stations to load it stream through Android Auto Terrible performance.

love the free music. I would take off a half a star though because it will suddenly stop playing sometimes and just close out the app so I have to start over, then takes a while to start playing again when that happens. also would like if it were easier to find music from specific genres in specific decades.

on my Galaxy S26 Ultra, my station continues to play even after i shut it down. The only way to stop the sound is to force a stop. I would give 5 stars once this is fixed

I love the mixture of music. you can pull up stations from across the USA.

I'm living in California but can still listen to the Loop, my favorite station from Chicago

I really like this app. the ads aren't annoying, you can listen to the radio, mix a Playlist, or listen to podcasts. My only question is why would I do a subscription for being able to choose my music if I can just download songs for free on an app like Spotify or trebel? also, when I do live radio, it is like 30 seconds lagged. I would recommend getting this if you mainly want to listen to podcasts or radios.

I like this app. And have been a user for over 10 years. However my biggest issue is that when I'm listening to a new episode of a podcast and it finishes, the app will start playing another episode that I've previously listened to and replay it again. This is annoying and I have to stop the wrong episode from playing again. This issue is across all the podcasts I listen to. Can this please be fixed?

why won't this app hide played episodes of podcasts? I'm almost on episode 400 and it's pretty stupid for me to have to scroll through three hundred and ninety nine episodes to get to the one I'm looking for. please fix this ASAP

genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever had the displeasure of using. it barely functions. it's stutters, skips, restarts episodes, and is incapable of keeping your place within a podcast. if the connection stutters for even a second it's highly likely whatever episode you're listening to will just restart. iHeartRadio has a functional monopoly on podcasts and radio programs and they won't even bother to make an app that actually functions as it should. I would give it one star if I could.

apps fine for a free app, they seem to have fix the ad issue I had but theres no point in making your own Playlist, it will play everything under the sun but what you've saved to your Playlist, every 5-10 songs of randomness it will play one. ive disliked so many songs yet I still get them

I like iHeartRadio but I do not care for them adding songs that I did not add to my playlist. I will re-subscribe when they quit doing this. I also was not talking about shuffle play, I was talking about creating my own playlists and having iHeartRadio add their choices of music. isn't that the whole point of creating my own playlists?

Paying more for subscription just to have the same songs on my radio play in a loop. I've liked a huge amount of songs. Why aren't they showing up on my radio station? I have to save them on my Playlist just to listen to them.

opening the app today and it's asking for age verification, but trying to follow the process all it does is go to the Play store with no further option for input so there's no way to actually complete the verification. the app is effectively dead now

Would give 0 stars if I could. I've used this Android app for a while and am now getting a "need to verify age thru Googleplay" which can't be resolved. Guess I'll move to other music app.s

I can't rate the app because I can't sign in. The password reset email never works. It's very frustrating.

it Free anf I love it is easy to use and you can find a lot of options of radio stations and you can connect it to you car radio. Es Gratis y La Amo es fácil de usar, tiene muchas opcionesde búsqueda de estaciones de Radio y la puedes conectar tu Auto.

Doesn't work as well as it used to. I used to listen to a local radio station through this app for almost 10 years with an older Amazon Echo Dot. With in the last year or so it would only work for about 1 minute. I thought it was the device and bought 2 new Echo Shows with the same result. Now I'm just going to go with a regular FM radio to listen to the station I enjoy. My Amazon devices play Pandora without a problem. I don't understand it. I want to listen to the DJs also and not just music.

runs smoothly and is easy to find whatever you want to listen to.

this is okay app to use for music. they give you more skips than Pandora or Spotify and it's not as easy to use as they say it is. this is a complicated app to use. but at least I have music

so, when i try to add music to a playlist, it doesn't work. another thing is when i click a song to listen to it, it goes to a different song. if there was a tutorial to help show around the app, it would help for people who dont know how to navigate around a new app...
