Amazon is up to something fishy with this app. My account was all of a sudden wiped mid-Sept '26 (not cancelled, just wiped - they showed it as active for a long time, but it was as if I'd never uploaded a receipt or done a survey). I called customer service and nothing was done to fix the issue. I had uploaded some receipts for Oct '26 and opened the app to upload another only to see the account wiped again. Highly considering just trashing the app and removing my data from the program.

This app is frustrating. uses to be the best. now it's the worst. how greedy of you. 10 cents a receipt. I will give you some credit though. I am glad about the way you've upped the surveys. always a problem with loading receipts barely works I'll submit a bunch and only one will go through rest will say failed app is so delayed and buggy
continuously getting cheated out of money. Make sure you sit there and stare at the app for several minutes after uploading a receipt. the amount of times I upload something and come back to see "upload failed" while the app is claiming "my Internet connection isn't strong enough to upload". GTFOOH my connection is fine. I have great WIFI plus full service at my house.

a full receipt from COBORNS Grocery store, not consider a store, clearly you need reliable people making this app since COBORNS and WALMART ARE STORES AND valid receipt!!!!! Also since when is a name clearly ON TOP of receipt not a stores name, did you want it in the middle of the receipt. this app used to be quite reliable now 13 trys later and it finally says okay, I do believe you need better programmers doing their JOBS correctly and accurately!!!!!!

nice app, wish I had more surveys but I enjoy it overall. I would like a flash option for camera and a stabilizing feature. New feature is flash for pics so thank you. but it doesn't stay on like fetch. The new AI scan thing is very slow. It took me 40 mins to enter my receipts for 10/2024 edit: it's now 9/2026 it's not worth it, the AI was never fixed. it's horrible it won't let me take my own pictures without freezing forever. flash takes so long to turn on. they lowered what they pay
This program gives almost no rewards. No receipt submission available, and I'll get maybe one survey question a month. The one question I do get is the same question every month. Why I prefer shopping in store.

Giant is my main supermarket so I have to do this 5X each time I use the app. The only customer support option is to request a call. I've done that and spent 90 minutes on the phone with someone who had absolutely no understanding of what I was talking about. Pennies for each upload, total joke.
it used to be a whole lot better. the value of receipts has decreased, and lately the paper receipt upload via mobile is not working properly (it will upload receipts but each one is uploaded twice or sometimes thrice). also, sometimes the value which is promised is not given, and I have had to contact customer service several times.
