I love this app and how easy it is to use. I can reload my transponders from the app. I can order transponders from the app. I can add and remove vehicles easily.

Why does SunPass keep asking for an update when there is no update available?
This is one of the clearest recent complaint patterns. Reviewers say the app forces them to update, sends them to Google Play, but Google Play only shows an Open option or no update, leaving them stuck in a loop and unable to use the app.
App is still trash. It tells you there's an update available but there is none. Can't get past that endless loop.

Doesn't work. I get a message that my phone isn't connected to wifi or the internet. My phone is connected - using navigation, using 5G for my music, getting texts and calls. It is the app that isn't working. Terrible app.

Can I add funds or pay a SunPass bill in the app?

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It is nearly impossible to speak with a real person. Absolutely terrible service. Customers should be able to speak with a real representative, especially when dealing with billing issues.

Does SunPass work with Touch ID, biometric login, or password manager?

Experience is abysmal. It doesn't let Android/Google password manager to automatically fill in the password. Setting up Touch ID just returns "service is down, try another time" and once you enter the app again you need to put the password again ( which as I explained, doesn't allow to use the password manager so you have to copy paste as if this was from 15 years ago ). After that is 0 intuitive besides adding a new transponder.
