Did a Pi Music Player update delete my playlists, and is the backup reliable?
At least one detailed review from a Pro user reports the app crashing and losing custom playlists built over many hours, with the daily-backup folder found empty afterwards. Others report the app randomly forgetting songs on a playlist. Export or back up playlists manually and verify the backup file exists.
Despite the fact that I paid for the Pro version, the app crashed and all the custom playlists I'd spent hundreds of hours compiling DISAPPEARED, and despite the fact that I had set-up the app for daily backups when I went into the backup folder IT WAS EMPTY! Another issue is wrong metadata which won't allow itself to be corrected. Worse yet, even after repeated attempts devs never replied to my emails.
