How do I cancel PopoVibe subscription?

the option to manage subscription in the app keeps hidden. you need to file first a feedbaclk. it doesn't also show in my Google subscriptions
Cannot unsubscribe and no unsubscribe tabs in the app nor on my android subscriptions in the settings.

Is PopoVibe a scam?

DO NOT install this app. It is a SCAM. Once you pay; you're unable to watch the episodes due to "network error", there is no cancellation button to cancel and when you send information to help/feedback section as they recommend, there no reply. would give 0 stars if possible. This is a scam/ Fraud reported to bank and action fraud. No option to cancel subscription despite emails and using the feedback on the help center. DON'T USE. Subscriptions don't appear on Google play so can't cancel update response to developer I already have sent my problem via the feedback on the app and via email and have had no response.

Does PopoVibe charge through Google Play or directly?
PopoVibe’s listing says payment is charged to a Google Play account, and at least one positive reviewer liked that. But many billing complaints say subscriptions did not appear in Google Play, or that payment was taken by card or VISA directly. Do not assume you will always be able to manage it from Google Play.
I have pad with VISA (not Google play) for weekly subscrition, with a note saying "renews automatically ,cancel any time". I am trying to cncel it, but thee is no such button anywhere. The subscription is not visible in the play store either.
Beware these ppl will scam you. They take your cc and bill directly (not thru Google Play). There is no option to unsubscribe. After you message them to unsubscribe they respond back acknowledging they got the message but don't actually remove it. Has happened twice now. About to cancel my credit card since they keep billing it. Google remove this from your app store!!!

Why won’t PopoVibe play videos after I paid?

so I got this app yesterday, I paid for the weekly pass, and still it won't let me watch any videos. it hasn't been able to load or play anything since yesterday! I have wasted money on an app that isn't working. Worst part is that I am trying to cancel my subscription but it's not even appearing in my subscriptions or anything. But they did take my money!
I subscribed for a yearly pass and have yet to be able watch even one video. i have contacted support 3 times and still no legitimate response.

not a bad wee app, great stories and let's you use the free coins, or buy a VIP weekly monthly or yearly, I'm sticking to monthly as I don't always have a lot of time to watch. But I would recommend that you take a look and try for yourself

Ok, but when watching, the characters do keep saying the odd sentence of complete gibberish, and characters speak in each others voices sometimes. I've just watched one series, and it did not go at all how I expected, and I have to say that it qualifies as one of the weirdest things I have watched in a long time! lol I have enjoyed other series a lot though, so it's well worth a look.

stories are good but all incomplete. paying a subscription for incomplete stories it's a scam. las historias son buenas pero están incompletas todas. pagar una suscripción para contenido incompleto es un robo.
GL content is good but many stop at 30 epeisodes without a proper ending. I have been waiting months for additional episodes but nothing. Just be aware that many series will end for good on a cliffhanger.

Does PopoVibe customer support respond?

I unsubscribe, then still received a withdrawal from my account, emailed them, they replied instructing to download the app, log in and talk through the app..... just to be instructed to do the EXACT same thing I had already done when originally I unsubscribed!!!!!
