StardustTV - Movies & Dramas — FAQ

Is StardustTV a scam?

StardustTV is a real, functioning short-drama streaming app, but reviewers consistently describe its "free" advertising as misleading — content that's marketed as free ends up gated behind ads or paid coins after only a few episodes, and reviewers report continuing to be billed weekly even after trying to cancel. This is a real, recurring complaint rather than an isolated bad experience, so anyone downloading it expecting genuinely free content should be prepared for that not to hold up.

This app is like all others. Takes your money and under-delivers, it's primarily there to rip off its customers, no matter the response they send in reply to our complaints. I can't even unsubscribe as it does not work. Their goal to entice the viewer take the subscription and keep billing no matter whether you try to unsubscribe. Complete scam…Will be reporting this BS….

Is StardustTV really free?

Not in the way its marketing suggests — reviewers say the app advertises itself as fully free or ad-free, but in practice access is limited to a handful of episodes before you're required to watch a large volume of ads or pay for coins to continue. Several reviewers describe the ratio of ad time to actual content as worse than the show itself, so treat the "free" claim as applying only to a very limited preview.

100% VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE APP IT SAYS 100% FREE THAT'S NOT TRUE YOU ONLY GET SO FAR WITH WATCHING SO MANY VIDEOS FOR FREE AND THEN THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION I RECOMMEND DO NOT DOWNLOAD NOTHING BUT LIES WHEN IT SAYS IT'S 100% FREE LIKE I SAID 100% VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE APP WILL NEVER DOWNLOAD AGAIN 😡😡

How do I cancel a StardustTV subscription?

Reviewers report real difficulty cancelling — several say there's no cancel option visible either inside the app or through the Play Store subscriptions page, and that they continued being billed weekly despite trying to stop it. If you subscribe, check your Google Play subscriptions list directly rather than looking for a cancel button inside the app itself, and if that doesn't work, contacting Google Play support directly may be more effective than emailing StardustTV.

worst app ever dose not let me unsubscribe and charges me every week, I have tried to unsubscribe but it dose not give me the option to do it.

Why does StardustTV have so many ads?

Ad volume is the single most common complaint in recent reviews, with reviewers describing ads that run longer than the one-minute episodes they're gating, sometimes needing two or more ad views to unlock a single short episode. This isn't an occasional annoyance reviewers describe but the core day-to-day experience of using the free tier.

there are to many ads and the price for weekly VIP membership is insane when the acting is awful and the story plots are terrible and poorly put together after trying to watch one series I had enough and decided to uninstall it's not worth my time or my money I have expected better from a service that's charging more then a monthly subscription to netflix
