So I e-mailed through the app immediately to ask for a cancellation, this morning the app asked if I wanted to renew and I pressed NO, yet this afternoon they have taken £14.89!! I e-mailed through the app again, just to receive an automated email saying "delivery failed permanently" 😡 Reporting to bank and Google Play.

not 100% free as advertised. after watching 3 days of ads in between each scene it still made me subscribe just to watch 3 more episodes. such a scam... also if anyone sees this and is having a problem canceling their subscription, you need to go to "settings" in the app and "manage subscription". they made it harder to find then just clicking the subscription info and they don't respond to emails. I hope this helps someone.

Why are the dramas StoryReel advertises not in the app?
