I purchased a Jazz package through Easypaisa for my Jazz SIM, but it was never activated. It was a package, not an Easyload. Thinking it was active, I turned on mobile data and my entire balance was deducted to zero. Please investigate this issue and either activate the package or refund the amount and compensate for the deducted balance.

the app glitches sometimes.. plus they make you watch ads to get free internet MBs as a reward.. wonder how their marketing team thinks it's not cheap. You are making paying customers watch third party ads.. pretty low, in my opinion. also some of the offers/ bundles are not available through the app, such as city specific weekly offers.
this is good and i request you if some more features added in shearing bundle settings like if 5 persons use a bundle make an option that makes data like how many data, call minutes and sms consumed by one user and this is only shown in bundles owners setting this makes a fantastic update and that's good for parental controls to make limitations on their children.
i am a regular Jazz customer and would like to request a feature for the Jazz World app. The MyZong app provides a very useful Home Screen Widget that allows users to see their remaining balance, internet MBs, call minutes, and SMS directly on the home screen without opening the app. I would appreciate it if Jazz could introduce a similar widget in the Jazz World app. It would make it much easier and quicker for users to keep track of their remaining resources.
