I have had an Huntington online banking app for years, but now suddenly, I don't know if it is a new update on the app, but when logging in, it has become a small headache. Regardless of saving my username, it is still never saved. Also, the annoying need to ask for a temporary code every time to access your account. Then it runs you through many unnecessary steps to dismiss before you finally get to your account. Even after you log out, there is still one step left for you to do before closing.
you do not need my precise location for me to cash a check. locked me out for no reason and refused to let me change the password to unlock it. fix your systems, your pin verification system for new accounts is also broken, and neither of these are just with the android app. This is an unacceptable level of quality for a bank of this size.

It's just a constant headache. There are no perks, no bells, no whistles, but I keep these accounts because the ATM gives out $5 bills, and sometimes $1's. I guess I could just use it to use it. we are in a financial situation. we have always kept stand by cash in good standing but because we overdrafted we cant get it even though we paided it back in full. those 2 things shouldnt go together we made all the standby cash payment or paid it off early. and our overdrafts have all been resolved before 24 hours even past
