DaVinci - AI Image Generator — FAQ

Unfortunately, like many other users, I fell victim to DaVinci AI / HubX's financial scam. I strongly recommend NOT sharing any payment information with this company. I canceled my trial immediately, yet they have continued charging me for the past two months. I do not have an active paid subscription or even a payment method available to remove. I've emailed them 6–7 times with no response and have had to contact my bank and open PayPal disputes just to try to stop the charges.

This is a scam. They charged me $29.99 without my consent, even though I never used the app. I only signed up to make one trial video for $2. The information about the automatic renewal and the $29.99 charge was not clearly disclosed. They refused to refund my money. Be very careful with this app — I would strongly recommend not even trying the trial.

if I can drop a 0 star I would do that. this app is system for scamming, they coarse me into adding my card for a 1 dollar offer. after that they auto debited me 32 dollar, I contact them for refund they said I cannot be refunded. tell me if this is not a scamming system. firstly their service is a pure scam I would recommend other to make use of hygen I am currently exploring it and it is superb. Davinci Ai is a scamming system. we can save other user by visiting their social media. FRAUD

BEWARE: DISHONEST BILLING PRACTICES. If you pay $1.99 for a 7 day trial, and cancel it immediately or within the week, they still charge you $29.99 for another month. If you dispute it they will not agree to refund and will demand proof. So TAKE SCREENSHOTS of the whole cancellation process because you're likely to need proof. After Googling I learned this is a frequent occurrence among many. Some even getting billed randomly timed charges in differing amounts after cancelling a SECOND time.

I was charged after my free trial but I canceled my subscription the same day that I started the trial. I have reached out to support via email twice. No response yet. No one answered me on their chat either. The Manage Subscription page sends me to Google Play Store to see my subscription but there isn't any subscriptions for them listed. That has to be because I canceled it. Why are they charging me then? Where is customer service?

Do not use the app, they charge me for a monthly subscription when I unsubscribed months ago. They refuse to give me a refund. You've been warned.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription but can't find where to do it...now they took money out of my account. I want a refund and cancel the subscription?!! I've looked I can't find where to do so!?!!!!

Unauthorized Debits. Unimpressed with its generations. Won't touch copyrighted works, celebs or NSFW... makes it very hard to cancel by making you answer a bunch of questions before you even get a cancellation option and continued to bill me when I had cancelled four days prior. So no plan but still charged. Refused to credit back. all been sent to Visa fraud now. Don't use your main credit card when dealing with them

I signed up for a free trial but was charged $6.99 instead. I tried to get a refund from the Playstore, they denied me. said to contact the developer. I emailed the developer, but there was no response. Went to the website of the game. it says to contact Playstore for a refund. I guess I'm out the money, but I can tell everyone BE CAREFUL. YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE WITH DAVINCI OR GOOGLE IF YOU DESERVE A REFUND.

thier subscription method is very missleading, they offer one time trail paymnet for several credits that let you generate at most one video, after that you are subscribed to thier service monthly without the ability to cancel if you did it from thier website. After contacting support they wrote: "We regret to inform you that, based on our records, your account does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our refund policy." I didn't use any credits. stay away, what a bad expernice

The DaVinci Pro app is a piece of junk. I paid for the Pro version, and I’ve yet to successfully create a single image. Every attempt ends with the same “Oops, something went wrong” error. And don’t even get me started on their practically nonexistent customer service. At this point, I feel like I paid for a product that simply doesn’t work. The whole thing feels like a scam.

Not working I paid for the full version and till now i lost 40 tokens without any successful image or video keep giving a message (it's taking a long time ) very bad experience don't buy it

DaVinci operates on a horrendous credit system that borders on a scam. you are awarded credits depending on your plan..sure. the problem comes from how this credit system is implemented. you dont know how many credits you are using for your project. they dont tell you. so something might be 30 credits without audio and 70 credits with. you dont know. this is the worst system I have ever seen. do not bother ...

Use the browser version for a more comprehensive experience. It's a simple chat app that can generate images and clips. Model selection is limited to some old outdated models. It became tiresome have to tap text box, let the keyboard come up, type Yes, close the keyboard because it blocks the send button, tap send, to every response. couldn't see a clear indication to generation costs, went from 250 to 181, kinda arbitrary. I could make corrections to an image, but not sure if they cost credits.

I payed for this app for unlimited a while back. Now it says I have no coin. Does that mean you will give my money back since "owning" the app is apparently not a thing anymore?

AVOID. SCAM APP made and run by SCAMMERS from Turkey. I have purchased a lifetime subscription when the app was still new and now I have NO BENEFITS of it at all. the customer support only said that I do not understand what "lifetime subscription" means and stopped responding. I'm reporting the developer as we speak and I found out that I'm not the only one scammed. AVOID. UPDATE. They responded to comment. I have contacted them immediately. No answer from the support at all. AVOID THIS SCAMMER.

tried to generate a video with a photo and when it completed it basically just downloaded the example and ignored the photo I uploaded. the other problem is I have a yearly subscription and after an update it doesn't recognize I am already subscribed. restore purchase is useless. so all the coins I had and pro subscription are not there anymore. emailed support and get automated response telling me to check their policy for app store and play store refunds. I didn't even ask for a refund yet.

I have made over 500 images, spent probably over $100 and I try to sign in with my existing account but it uses that email to create a new account and I have no saved images. the web app doesn't work properly on mobile for injecting the image for example @Image1, so I need the app in order to make it work on mobile.

Was slightly upset to find out that website account does NOT transfer over to the app account. Hours of frustration until I found this info out.

absolutely terrible. I've spent almost a month's worth of credit and I've gotten no usable video. it advertises a template sample for Migos hotel lobby then when it's finished it's a totally different song that's not even in English. I tried 3 more times thinking I'm doing something wrong. it doesn't have much templates and no recent trending templates. When I select templates with 2 persons it uses only one person twice in the same video. I've never been so disappointed in an app.

This app only continues to get better. Great for creating references and heavy lifting. If you are an individual or small team, learning to use an app like this can make you more productive.

Very disappointing experience with DaVinci AI. I signed up for a 7-day trial directly through their website using my bank card, not Apple or Google. After the trial, I was automatically charged LKR 10,471.25. I canceled within about an hour and did not use any credits or features after renewal. Despite contacting support twice, my refund was refused. I expected better customer support in this situation.worse support team i ever seen ,I attached all the evidence.

I was here since year 1 at $19/year. Now their billing department has mastered a new trick: taking your money without renewing access. Every attempt triggers an error directing you to their site to pay for "Pro" again. Support tickets vanish into the void, leaving me $80 down for a handful of images. If you enjoy paying to be locked out by phantom error loops, dive in. If you want actual results and fair tiers, run straight to NightCafe instead.

they are not responding to emails I do not recommend to anyone to use this AI. they take your money and no way to communicate with their team.
