Kick you out for no reason blaming connectivity constantly. You will lose money and will cause headaches. Service will never help. It's a scam and they deserve to be shut down.

Scam duel where they watch your bets and send in calls to make your bets not win so they ultimately get paid. I HATE this app all they do is cheat. please don't waste your money on this stupid app.

Fanduel site fails, Fanduel decides they want to give you bonus cash only good for 7 days(Forcing quick use, bet that has a positive effect on addiction too) instead of giving you your actual money back. Fanduel declines to give your $10 back for their failed service/product, and then you have to file a chargeback with your bank! Hope this review and the chargeback fee was worth trying to steal my $10! And no Fanduel Support automated message, you blew it trying to steal my money, I'm gone. ✌️

This apps cust service r the most unprofessional group of people Ive ever come across. i had won a nice amount of money. i was unaware that even though they take your deposit instantly if u want to withdraw u have to wait multiple business days to get paid on that same card. i asked if i only withdraw a portion cud i get it sooner. i was then suspended with no explanation for 3 mnths. i could not speak to supervisor was just treated like a nobody. Theres nobody i could contact. Disgraceful

The app started off good. They definitely take your money right away when making a deposit but when you finally win they want to take 24 hours before you can get your withdrawal. There's so many other apps out there that you get your withdrawal instantly, dealing with this is not worth it.

I would rate it zero if i could. The app barely works, you can play about 1/5th of the games in the casino. the rest lock up or block you from entering. It verifies your location every 10 minutes which usually causes the app to operate even slower. The customer service is basically non existent. Find a different app is you like keeping your money.

It keeps saying cant verify my location then this "403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner. If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation." Please help this happened out of nowhere.

I've been using fanduel since it released. Today, I got a message on my account stating I live on tribal lands and can no longer use the app. I contacted support, and they said there is nothing they can do and I should check the boundaries where I live. I dont live on tribal lands, and I never have. I've been using fanduel from the same location for over a decade with no problems.

9/10 when I try to get on fanduel casino, it either takes forever to load and I get booted off or I get booted off during a casino play. fix the GLITCHES PLEASE

Samsung galaxy s25, super hi speed wifi, app is buggy, slow, unresponsive, app probably has too much going on in the background. can't X out of their own popups, then if i can - navigation is unresponsive again. Honestly can't believe it's this bad of an app for this size of a business.

Do not download Fanduel. I used to love this app. But the past month or so has been extremely terrible. Lag, game closings, and anytime I get a bonus it says "go back to lobby" or "try again" and I lose the bonus. You will also dump hundreds of dollars for a twenty dollar win. do not recommend. Try DraftKings instead

Only tried them out over the much better numerous competitiors for some promo back in June they never credited and support refused to assist with. Other then that the UI is basic and support is trash. Id go with anybody else.

they don't honor there sign up promo and the support is so dumb they don't understand proof even when I send them the screen shots instead of fanduel more like scamduel

Nothing but issues with this app. Except when they take your money, that they do with ease. The help desk is 100% unhelpful, should be called the helpless desk! Constant glitches with location, software and they can accept your money in a second but if you decide to refund it, that takes 3-5 business days. Save yourself money, time and frustration, go elsewhere! ***Have now been awaiting a refund for 6 days and have been lied to by numerous "helpless" desk agents, I believe this is theft now!!!

cannot access a human for support and the AI is stupid

Cannot access my sportsbook even know I receive auto-generated emails from Fanduel verifying that i accessed my account successfully from multiple devices. Not sure if my account has a false-flag from Betfair on it but Fanduel support cannot escalate any further and all i want to do is get my balance back, at this point Fanduel is withholding my money. Fanduel support agents keep dumping my chat with them except for 1 agent but they keep insisting that its on my end. I am beyond stressed.

I have been playing on this site since 2021 I have been opted in the extra 10 and 20 cents to spin a random wheel to win a mini, minor, major or mega jackpot in 5 years I have NEVER even got the wheel to spin NOT 1 TIME! Fanduel sucks when your cash out is high they won't give you a option to cash out but if it's under 200 dollars they will give you the option to cash out I didn't see a cash out since the first quarter of the games cause fanduel knows my cash out would have been 500 or better cause if I won it would have paid me out over 1700 so they made sure I didn't receive another option to cash out cause they know I probably would have taken it 🤦🏿😞😞😞

Been horrible ever since i updated. Won't even let me in now, and i have a lot of bets working. Really annoyed with it. Wish i could rate 0. so 3 years later I now have to uninstall and reinstall to get parlays to work. once my money is gone, so am I.

It's been weeks now. While building a parlay, the top window with all the legs gets smaller. This is dirty and done purposely to make it harder to see the legs so you mess up your parlay before placing your bet. If that's not dirty enough, fanduel keeps adding old bets to my slip. Your AI software is a joke.

As of today over 101 Loses in a row. Not a single win. But Fanduel still sends messages every single day telling me to deposit and bet. That my picks need backing. I mean 101 in a row and some of those are $100 bets so imagine how much money they have taken from us. And absolutely nothing in return other than messages telling us to loose more. Im calling a attorney and getting help getting money back due to fraud in gg soccer

I love that I can stream live game! But it's super irritating that I need to sign in over and over though. I'm not really sure how I can be "signed in" enough to continue gambling, but not "signed in" enough to watch a live stream. Update: When you contact customer support for help, they tell you that someone will contact you sometime for more help. So thanks!
