The app is so laggy and closing, on my samsung tablet and phone, even on my laptop is laggy, this is so frustrating. I cant finish my project if this still keeps happening. please do something people, im so tired of this

This app is great, WHENEVER it works. However, for the last week it keeps crashing on top of that it NEVER wants to connect to my laptop.

It's very user friendly. plus, I am learning as I go. the app is great at helping with questions

This app is so unreliable. I can't even open it! It just spins and spins with the ad playing in the background, never opening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still having the same issue! Ridiculous

Terrible app and non-existent customer service!!!! I've had this Joy 2 for months and have only managed to connect it twice! Don't waste your time. Trash and BEYOND frustrating for a machine so expensive!

Cricut Maker 5 is unsupported in app?? how is your newest product not supported in the app setup options? your AI assistant claims it is. but it is not an option within the app. I have the most recent version. I have tryed connecting through canvas. it just ends in an endless loop. very disappointing to find my new Cricut Make 5 is just a paperweight. do better. and fix your AI.

used to be good... then this latest update I can't even make anything.. I click make them get stuck trying to get to the choosing the mat I need etc so for days now I'm just stuck not able to finish my project.. pretty annoyed I was almost done and was forced to do this update to continue on the app so I did and now I can't even do anything... also it freezes at every single movement/click they made it so much worse... I have 3 machines it's getting so bad I'm thinking about switching brands

The app worked perfectly fine before but after the recent update and maintenance I can't open the app. Every time I try to open it theres an error.

The new update broke the app. The mat keeps moving it's self back out. The words won't size them. I keep getting the green circles of death when I try to fix it. Yes I have tried restarting the app, uninstall and reinstall, I even deleted the project I spent hours working on because the new update keeps changing it from pen and cut to print and cut. I don't want that. Please uninstall the new update ( because I can't do it or I would) until this is fixed 😫 😢

I would not at all recommend this to anyone new to cricut!! This app sucks and is almost completely useless now..... When I first got my cricut years ago, the app was great! I could make and cut projects easily! Now, the app takes several seconds to process even moving objects around, if I resize something it almost always goes back to the size it was before I re sized it, (after the several seconds of processing what I just did), and I can't even get this app to connect to my machine anymore!

Unfortunate. Not user friendly. The app will not allow zooming in or out to see your designs. Soooo frustrating. With as many subscribers this app must have because it's needed to cut any design, they should be able to fix issues without breaking everything else!

Great app but the only problem i have is the pricing, i think it would be better if you could have the option to pay for features on their own because personally i only use the multi layers for my vinyl designs and dont use the other features at all. thus i would prefer to pay a lower price to only use one feature cuz i feel like its unnecessary to pay the full amount when i dont even use everything.

The only app in the world where you can be paying for a subscription and still get annoying marketing notifications and big "SUBSCRIBE NOW!!" banners all over the place, and need to say "no" to getting annoying marketing text messages EVERY TIME you use the app. garbage, sucks that I have to keep using it because my cricut devices won't connect to the PC app for absolutely no reason

I understood this was a free trial for 1 month, but I was charged nearly $130 for this for a year. This is not okay. I need my money back!! I haven't used this app at all it does not work on my computer!! only works on my phone and that is not big enough for me to see what i am doing. I am very furious about all of this.

Deceptive practices. The app offers a 30 day free trial but then charges you full price for the very first month.

all my fonts have disappeared can't do anything it's become a pretty useless app have tried everything chat up suggested so frustrating

had this for nearly a year. past few months there's been app issues and the recent update has caused even more aggro. I do it as a hobby but also make things for family typing is sluggish, editing and no matter if I use phone or tablet the words I have typed don't always work. it's became a frustration. the app sometimes causes machine to freeze, when opening a project says projects no longer available and then suddenly they are. I have tried everything

edit - suggestions did not work on restoring. lost every one of my designs and projects after last update. I'll never get those designs back. very frustrated and disappointed.

Doesn't work for print and cut. Defaults to 12 by 12, can't change it unless you change the project type, which limits compatible materials. I don't think you can even buy printable Cricut 12 x 12 materials?

Can't disable notifications. I've disabled all notifications in the app, but it kept advertising to me. I already bought the machine and subscription, I don't need it to try to sell me on more stuff. I disabled notifications for the app in Android. Two stars off for being nagware after I already paid for the product. Another off because of the heavy reliance on Internet service.
