I can't check in because there is a bug where you're forced to scan documentation (passport, residency card) rather than inputting data manually. whenever I scan my residency card, it's falsely telling me that it is expired and preventing me from moving forward. This among other bugs makes this app almost unusable, and they don't allow you to check in via web browser. And customer service is nearly useless because it takes so long. Please treat your customers better.
Does not let me check in unless I scan my passport with my camera. When I tried it did not register at all. I can't type it and its mandatory to use the app which is horrible

It is a terrible app if you need to buy or check in. I was able check out faster with the website compared to the app which kept having trouble and failing the payment step. It also load way too long. Very terrible app. I would file a complaint honestly because I had to also check someone in and they needed to pay for a supporting document. Shoul have been simple, but it kept failing even when using a newer phone with a recently installed app. They should heavily fix the app.
