Shows are great, but the app charges fraudulent amounts and you can't get refunds from the company. Because I canceled my subscription, they offered me a discount subscription of $12.79, but when I checked out, it automatically processed a higher amount of $19.99. If you Google them, there's no contact information online, so they can charge you, but you can't get in touch with them for things like refunds or even issues like tech issues.

This app is so great that it charges you multiple times in one month for your monthly subscriptions and email is fake so you can't request a refund, The best scam I have come across 5/5. Fully recommend if you don't mind your money going into the void with multiple charges per month for "a" monthly subscriptions 🤌👍.

trouble canceling the subscription! I have been charged $19.99 for the last couple of weeks, and have tried to cancel through the app, as well as Google Play. Google Play doesn't even have it listed as a subscription. I'm to the point where I may have to cancel my card so I don't continue to get charged. do not use the $1.99 limited trial, you will get stuck in a loop. UPDATE: had to report to the FDC and cancel my cards, was still getting charged even after contacting Google and vibe short.

Cancel directions are wrong Despite how app says to cancel, this app DOES NOT SHOW UP IN SUBSCRIPTIONS. Luckily another poster noted there IS a cancel button... But it didn't show up until I opened my Fold phone. They have the screen formatted such that unless you're on a wider-than-avg-phone or tablet, the CANCEL button won't show up. As of 7/25, we'll see if I get charged on 7/28 or not. If I do, will be reporting to BBB, and my bank. Will be reporting to Google Store.

Avoid! Absolute Scam! Do NOT sign up for a subscription unless you want to be charged for life. I signed up and canceled the same day (like I always do for apps like this) and I've been charged $19.99 every week since. I have emailed support and got no where because there isn't an active subscription attached to the UID (no duh because I canceled it) and you never get a real person. I have had to call my bank, dispute the charges, get new credit cards, and make a stop payment request.

I paid for the VIP subscription and cannot even watch all the episodes. in 1 particular short it has me locked out of the last 10 episodes. Notification "they will come shortly". specifically 1 of the AI dramas is available on other apps in its entirety. if I'm paying for a subscription that seems to have all access then I should have all episodes for one of the shorts. I will not be renewing. The app is easy to use and the layout is visually pleasing. It is nice that it has a search function.

I gave the app a second chance. I subscribed for a week. 24 hours later still no access to continue with the stories. Canceled subscription and received refund. Thank you

This app is ridiculous. You keep advertising this short but it is absolutely NOT on VibeShort. I've hit all the "Watch now" buttons and also typed it into the search bar. It doesn't exist. If you are going to keep advertising it, the "watch now" button should take you directly to the short. I'm thoroughly disgusted with the continued ads for this short, only to never find it. Do better.

False Advertising The show they advertise to get you to download the app and pay to subscribe ISNT AVAILABLE ON THE APP!!! "Rejected by my fox mate, Worshipped by twin serpent kings" False advertising

Saw an ad for a story called "Outplayed By My Professor". Which I really wanted to see. But when I installed your app & searched for the story with the title from the ad in full. It came up with stories that came nowhere near the title from ad. So in the ad's please put the correct names or people may delete your app if they can't find the story from your ad's.

Don't bother paying unless you like incomplete stories....The stories are good,but they quit before the ending. I have tried a few different ones so far and it's kinda messed up. no wonder it was at a discount.

Finding a completed drama is almost impossible. At this price level, there needs to be, at the very least, a search option to be able to identify those that can be watched through to the end. I realise this is probably a marketing strategy to keep memberships up but unlikely to bother again. Some good content but spoiled by above issues.

I actually like these AI dramas lol its entertaining, but I was pissing me off that some of these are unfinished/ongoing without any info when they plan to release the rest. there's a few I'm following and it says like 60 episodes, but they arent lit up meaning its not available yet. Then I get a deal to pay less for 2 weeks, I pay it, and never received my VIP subscription. I email on feedback, and they just canceled my subscription instead.

This app is misleading. Only a few episodes are truly free, after that, it demands a subscription or forces you to watch endless ads and mini‑games for limited access. to view a few more episodes. The shorts it promotes don’t appear in the catalog, even when searched. You must rely on the original link and repeatedly hit continue for it to load. Half of the new slides are part of previous slides. The slides are already short. Overall, it’s frustrating, unreliable, and not worth the time.

To unlock episodes you have to watch a minute's worth of ads and get 10 seconds of a video but only 5x a day or pay for the app weekly! deleting this app immediately. not because the stories are bad because the clip size per dollar / advertisements value is not there. I downloaded this from an ad saying it was free. false advertisement and bad business motto check other reviews as well because people that have paid for the app have fraud charges or can't cancel ❌❌❌❌

They lie and say you don't have to pay. But you have to watch ads if you don't .

advertises on facebook that's it's free but it's not which would have been fine if they were such short clips. $20 a week is more than netflix or hulu smh

most of the high tier AI drama is here. Though it's really good but the cost of vip, coin and the free episode ads per episode is outrageous and makes you wanna stop using it after 5-6 series with unfinished watch. Consider making it more affordable because in doing so you will get more subscriber for your app and fortunately enough I'm one of them but the price is too steep, $19.99 for a week is really not worth it. Even Netflix is only $16-$19 a "month".

1 Month on Amazon Prime costs less than 1 week of this. It is extortionately expensive. Each chapter lasting less than 1 minute and to see a new chapter you have to watch more than 1 minute of adverts. Deleted it after less than 20 mins, (reinstalled so I could leave this review and uninstall again) If you've got money honestly get anything else other than this it's a waste of time!

these people lie straight out. they say to click on to watch more ads to get another 20 bonus and another 20 bonus and another 20 bonus and I did it for about 6 to 8 times and somehow I only have 63 points to show for it. the discrepancy lies in the fact that when you open the app it doesn't log you in so when you go and get coins and points if you're not logged in it encourages you to log in after you've gained all the points so those points aren't added to your account which is a rip-off

waste of money It's only gives you a certain amount to watch. I bought coins thinking I could unlock episodes, but you can't use the coins. some of the shows have lots of chapters.... but you can't view them....... I have a ton of coins if anyone figures them out. I would love to provide screen shots but this app doesn't allow it. and then to post the here?

story was good. However you have to watch 3 adds after every episode. Spent more time watching unwanted adds then actually watching the shorts. I gave up halfway through the first story. Then deleted the app.

The AI stories are predictable, but still entertaining. Had an issue initially with automatic renewal of subscription, but customer service was better the second time i decided to return and seek a refund. Fairly easy to navigate, there are a few themes to choose from, but I've been hooked on werewolf-themed stories. Repetitive tropes, though so just skim through the listing and read descriptions. *Update: as of today, 07/22/26, I have received excellent customer service, and prompt assistance.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APP: They do have well written dramas, quite enjoyable actually. Also I had an issue, contacted them and the response was stellar, thank you!!💙

I think an AI handles the CS inquiries. They are unable to cancel my subscription because they cannot find it. I have asked to know where can I check the email associated with the account and they just go in circles asking for the same information I have and they are unable to find. RUN. Don't subscribe. Some other platforms have the same stories as vibeshort does, use those.

Final Review: This app is a scam tool. Please reconsider spending a single solitary penny on this app. Tried for weeks to get help canceling the outrageous subscription ($10/week). Finally got a response that they couldn't help despite me giving them both email and UID as requested in dev response. Once my format matched perfectly for what they requested, I'd get immediate responses that they can't help. So their service email is almost 100% AI. I'm out $40, hours of time, and the service sucks

The download offline doesn't work! It also won't let me switch to a lower resolution! I know because I downloaded them at work, and my internet at home is bad because I was hit by 2 super typhoons.

getting extra charged every two days for a week subscription, streaming problems with all of the videos, freezes alot unable to stop charges without contacting bank. UPDATE it has continued being charged , sent uid but no respont! not even using the app! with no way to reach anybody from this company. can't cancel through google play cause app doesn't show up! estimate 19.99 x 6 =$119.94 for the times they tried and did charge me! Not CHANGING REVIEW no resolution to your scam except change card
