I had used the old Renpho app for 8 years. The old interface was clear, data was easy to read and understand, and it was easy to switch from one user to another. I was forced to "upgrade" to the new Renpho Health. The "upgrade" is awful. The new interface is cluttered and hard to do a quick glance. Switching from one user to another takes several steps. I particularly dislike the average feature. I want to look at my raw data, not average. The upgrade is more like a downgrade.
stop changing the ui every six months I can't find anything half the time anymore. once I get used to something and how to find things, you go and overhaul it and for what? I weigh myself first thing in the morning every day and I don't have time for these renpho shenanigans. if you're gonna keep pulling this malarkey, give me a legacy mode UI for crying out loud. the new stuff is extraneous, unnecessary, and unwanted, and you deserve a poor rating for doing this more than once in the past year

It was great but they just updated it. After weigh-in it shows boxes with each value's number. Under each value it would show the numeric value of difference. The update removed the diffs and shows a color and description. As an example it shows your weight and then below it shows a label of Over, Above Avg, Avg... instead of the actual numbers. I want to see the -2.0 lbs and other diffs like water, muscle... I then can celebrate losses , analyze changes, and change accordingly. Back to paper?
update sucks. Took away Day to previous day comparison cards and put huge AI boxes in my way. I don't need AI to tell me what my metrics mean or point out that they are green. thanks for the response. I was able to turn off AI insights. The comparison is still there but requires more clicks rather than conveniently displayed at my scale home page with zero clicks.

I want the notice gone or hidden and not front and center. I do not want to CONFIRM. I want it canceled and gone and dont ask me again. I am sick of having AI infiltrated into every freaking app. leave Medical Gealth alone. ever heard of HIPAA!!?? I do not consent. get AI out!

Did RENPHO Health remove measurement sounds?

I used to love this app but I hate the most recent update. My comparison used to be on the cards as soon as I stepped off the scale. Now, the cards just tell me whether I'm above or below average. I have to go into a comparison report to see progress. I'm also unable to delete entries since the last update. The new update also took away the chime that played when the weigh-in was complete. I stepped off the scale too early but am unable to delete the entry. This new update took away so much.
Renpho was better before the update. Now it doesn't give me my jingle when i'm gaining weight, losing weight or maintaining weight and I cannot find it in the settings anywhere. that was part of my favorite part to know. When it recorded my weight without looking at my phone. if you fix that, I will increase my star rating edit...the measurement sounds are back im definitely happy about that, noticed when i stepped on today.

Can you delete wrong weight entries in RENPHO Health?

very disappointed with the newest version. you now have to scroll through each type of measurement one by one to see the comparison between the latest measurement and a past measurement, instead of being able to see all of the differences in one go on the main page. as a regular user, comparisons with my own measurements are a far more useful metric. even worse, there's no way to delete measurements anymore, so if anything is incorrect or attributed to the wrong person you can't fix it!!
Love the app. Was unable to delete any weights but am now sorted thanks to the reply I had to from the developers.

Does RENPHO Health work on tablets or folding phones?

My wifi tablet still uses old app. Can't switch as things stand. No earthly reason to restrict to devices with SIMs.
this app doesn't work with Galaxy Z Fold 7. All words are mixed up all together and can't read them even on the right aspect ratio for a regular phone slab size and even when you force the app to take the whole tablet screen.
I've been using this app for years with my android tablet... No longer supported. Nice. Now you get 1 star

Does RENPHO Health sync with Samsung Health?

One of the advertised features was being able to sync the data with the Samsung Health app. The settings menu has removed almost every setting that used to be in it and no longer has sync options to 3rd party health apps. Way to lie about product features and make everything worse, I guess.
The last update ruined the usefulness of the app. As many others have also left reviews on this, I am just adding my voice to the chorus. The single, most important use for me was seeing the daily changes. That is now gone. The data is shared with my Samsung Health app, so that is where I go to see trends. Without the daily changes, I no longer even look at the data in the Renpho app anymore. It's just an unnecessary space wasting piece of garbage.

the previous app was much better. the new app hasn't transfered all the data. in the trends tab im missing ransom days of data plus there's other odd measurements appear. example im 106kg but somehow there's other weights of 50kgs 35kgs etc.

I hate this new Renpho App. I used to manually put in my body measurement After taking tape measurements they claim there should be an icon next to where you put your Weight is for circumference measurements. Its not there. Seems all they want you to do is break down buy more stuff and bluetooth your measurements with their new smart tape. I used this app for ye a rs before it was changed. Now I ready to throw out everything including their scale.

They pushed an update and now the app sucks. You are no longer able to choose what your dashboard tiles focus on, which is extremely demotivating for someone trying to lose weight. I am not interested in how my body compares to a generic crowd, and I do not want to see these arbitrary labels every time I step on the scale. I care about how my stats compare to where I have personally been. Hiding
New update is disappointing. I thought something was wrong with the app at first. My "weight" and the "data fields" no longer match, it's off. Do not need to know that I'm "Over", no kidding, why do you think I have your scale and I'm weighing myself. I want to know how much I've gained or lost, I don't need you telling me I'm "Over" what you think I should be. Go back to the old program please. Or maybe it's time to look for a new scale?
