Is Pampers Rewards worth using?
Reviews are mixed. Some users say Pampers Rewards is easy to use and helps them save on diapers, wipes, or pull-ups. But many recent critical reviews say the app has become frustrating because rewards take a long time to earn, coupons are harder to use, and login or redemption problems can block access to the savings.
best app saved tons on pampers wipes and now pull ups
Will be deleting this app. I've been using it for 2 years, and it just progressively becomes more useless. Takes forever to get the $5 off and it used to be a decent deal, but now they've made it where you only get $5 off small packs. My son goes through a 96ct in about 2 weeks, so if I get anything smaller I'll be buying diapers EVERY week! Where is the savings in that? I now have 2 children to buy diapers for, I need something that is actually beneficial to us financially, and this isn't it.
the most frustrating app to use. I have to constantly verify after "uh oh something went wrong" the biggest pain to use when im just trying to scan a code and move on with my day. ever since they restructured rewards it honestly isnt worth the hassle anymore. the contact customer support is a joke. it sends you to a FAQ forum. go back to the old way. less frustrating and more user friendly

Why can't I log into Pampers Rewards?
Login failure is one of the clearest problems in recent reviews. Users describe being logged out, getting “uh oh something went wrong,” getting stuck after verification, being bounced between the app and browser, or failing to sign in with Facebook. Several say uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting the phone, or resetting the password did not fix it.
A small number of reviewers updated their review to say support helped resolve the issue, but the broader pattern in these reviews is that login problems can prevent scanning and reward access.
I've been unable to log into my rewards, multiple times uninstall and reinstall app. Have tried going through the website and it won't let you access your rewards through the website. You have to do it through the app. Which is not working extra frustrating Because going through my emails. It said that I was going to lose some of my rewards because they were expiring, but if I haven't been able to log into my app in probably six months, how are we supposed to access those rewards.
Like everyone else the app stopped working. Every time I try to sign in it just says "uh oh something went wrong." Cleared cache. Reinstalled app. Reset password. Nothing worked.
Update: Thank you for the prompt response. It was fixed right away. I can't log in to my account. It gives an error message.

Does Pampers Rewards crash or fail to open?
Yes, recent reviews report the app crashing, stopping immediately, or never getting past the opening screen. Some users say the crash happens before the login screen, and several say reinstalling or clearing data did not help.
the app does not open for me. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but it keeps crashing. I don't even make it to the "uh oh" message. I have accrued so many rewards and I can't access them anymore, let alone add more qr codes. very disappointing.
App no longer works. I get a message that says Pampers Rewards keeps stopping every time I try to open the app even after updating. Been adding and redeeming points since my oldest child was a baby but will be uninstalling if you can't figure out a fix.
my app keeps crashing when I try to open it (i dont even make it to the login screen) and i have cleared data and reinstalled multiple times to no avail. i also have no way of knowing if my rewards are still intact.

Do Pampers Rewards coupons work at Walmart, Amazon, and other stores?
Recent reviews raise serious concerns about coupon redemption. Users mention coupons showing as expired early, “offer is no longer available” errors, technical issues, coupons not being accepted at Walmart, Amazon showing a reward as already redeemed, and Food Lion coupon processing problems. One reviewer also said a Walmart reward did not take off the full stated amount and could not be changed after choosing the wrong store option.
The reviews do not show a reliable workaround. If you install mainly for coupons, the main risk described by reviewers is earning or selecting a reward and then being unable to use it where you shop.
you spend a couple months accumulating points by wasting your time scanning the codes from the packages you overpaid for. then when you get enough, they offer a $5 off reward that you spend all of your points on. and after all that work, you get an error code when you try to redeem the $5 off coupon and have to waste your time contacting the app and the coupon expires before it is resolved. not worth it.
lost $10 in rewards somehow. redeemed the rewards, went to apply it in Amazon, said already redeemed
I had a $10 reward for diapers for Walmart and rang up a pack of diapers and a small pack of wipes. The cashier used the coupon but it only took of $6.75, not the entire $10 reward. I was told this was due the manufacturer and there was nothing they could do on their end, so I did not receive $10 even though that is what the reward stated. I tried to use another Walmart reward but missed that it was for "other stores", none of which are in my area. There is no opportunity to change the reward.

Can Pampers Rewards points, scans, or cash disappear or expire?
Yes. Multiple reviewers say rewards, Pampers Cash, points, scan progress, or coupon access disappeared or expired. In some cases, users connect the loss to being unable to log in; in others, they say scans reset after an update or rewards were erased from an account.
This is especially important because several reviewers say they had rewards saved and then could not access them when the app stopped working.
This app is trash! we had at least $20 in pampers cash erased from our first account, we were locked out, "connect support" did nothing! we sent several emails and got nothing in response. We had to make this new account to scan a backlog of diaper pack QR codes that had been building up while we were waiting for support to do nothing. We have since changed diaper brands, do better Pampers, have a customer service number, not a chatbot ai that leads nowhere!
every time the app updates I lose all of my previous scans. this is the 2nd time I was 1 scan away from the reward and it forced me to update and they were all gone after.
Like other reviewers I couldn't get into the app for a while. I started buying diapers for my next baby and thought I'd try it again. It works now, but all of my rewards have expired. All $27.50 of it. So yeah, I'm not happy with Pampers.

Can Pampers Rewards scan codes on diaper packs and pull-ups?
The app description says Pampers Rewards is built around scanning pack codes for Pampers Cash. Reviews show that scanning works for some users, but others report new-pack codes being rejected, scan screens loading slowly, app access blocking scans, or the app not letting them scan box codes at all.
Pull-ups are unclear from the reviews: one user says pull-ups did not count, while another positive review says they saved on wipes and pull-ups. If pull-up rewards matter to you, the reviews do not provide a dependable answer.
keeps telling me code doesn't work on a brand new pack of diapers...
apparently pull ups dont count. waste of a download.
it won't even let me scan the codes on my boxes.

Can I use Pampers Rewards on the website instead of the app?
Based on recent reviews, the website is not a dependable substitute for the app. Some users say they can log into the Pampers website but still cannot access rewards or scan codes, while others say the login process loops between browser and app.
For users affected by the app login problem, this matters because reviewers describe rewards access as app-dependent.
I have attempted to log in multiple times on android through the app and it will not allow it. I logged in through mobile browser and I can get in to the website but still not the app and I can't use my rewards or scan new codes in.
can't even get it to log in 🙄 just give us a website to use for rewards ***uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone - STILL does not sign in*** ***changed password - STILL does not work***
I had an existing account, but every time I try to login, it opens in my browser window--not logged in. This process continues to loop and I am unable to access rewards through the app or a web browser.

Is Pampers Rewards customer support helpful?
Support experiences in the reviews are mixed but lean negative among users with unresolved app problems. A few reviewers say Pampers or tech support contacted them and fixed the issue. Others say there is no phone support, no useful contact option, unanswered emails, a wrong email address, a chatbot, or a support path that only leads to an FAQ forum.
I had issues but tech support contacted and helped me resolve them! Great app!
IT SUCKS THEY SHOULDN'T FORCE YOU TO UPDATE YOUR APP MY APP WAS UPDATED NOW I CAN'T EVEN ACCESS MY APP TO SCAN AND KEEP IN MIND I HAVE REWARDS IN MY APP THAT I DIDN'T USE YET AND THE THING IS WITH PAMPERS YOU CAN'T EVEN SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WHAT A BUNCH OF RIP OFFs
