Why is Nike SNKRS not loading or only showing a spinning circle?

needs better notifications for drops and last min adds otherwise the app has significantly improved over the years.
Every drop they make you will receive if you're on time on some items. They will notify you when is on it's way and when it's dropped off. Overall is a good app to have, especially when a limited addition drops. You can but them on your notification so you won't miss out. I hope this helps making up your minds. ✌🏾

My scheduled delivery date was 11 days from placing my order. The shoes never came. I called to see what the holdup was and I was told that they could only give me a refund. No shoes! Why withhold money if you can't garuntee your own product. The shoes were for my son... I waited patiently and now I'm embarrassed.
I usually have a good experience on the app but the last Jordan drop was not handled well. I never got confirmation about my shoes and they just never came.
