Why does Lovense Remote keep crashing after the update?

So I was having no issues with the app at first but then all of a sudden when this update came out that put some kind of 8.0 on the logo it just crashes upon start up I cant launch the app for any reason.
the app just did a big update recently, now every time I open the app on my phone it freezes and times out. there is more than enough space on my phone to use the app. This has become frustrating, because I have enjoyed being part of the Lovense community for several years now, and now I can't use the app thanks to the recent update. 😭 Edit: I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to stop freezing on load-up.

[8.0.1 version] Having issues again with signing in (constant try again messages) or staying signed in (app crashes entirely and I gotta sign in AGAIN). No my account isn't compromised, the app literally is crashing and not remembering I've signed in already. I have not received any "signed in elsewhere" messages in app, just crashes. Having to uninstall and reinstall every update IS NOT AN ACTUAL FIX TO PROPERLY SIGNING INTO THE APP!
Great app except the new update logged me out and won't let me log back in. Keeps saying "try again" even when I tried to make a new account. unfortunately it's unusable right now.

Me and my wife were using this app for a few days and it was working just fine. all of a sudden I keep getting disconnected using the long distance control. It won't allow me to use the live control. crashes when you try to use the loop in live control. Not sure what changed, but it's not working.
Since the most recent update this app has been spotty at best. It has become too frustrating to even bother with the app and by the time you get logged in, connected and your partner is eventually able to do the same, the mood has passed.

1.App STILL crashes every time I return to it without closing it first, sometimes even DCing you from sessions. 2.scammers trying to get you on teleg or charge you 3.videos longer than 10 seconds basically never go through and get stuck in the uploading phase of sending frustrating the ladies and myself for not being able to see them. 4.patterns dont adapt so if you send one for the wrong toy she/or he cant use it. Only benefit is finding the rare chick thats into your dirty talk and adding me.
If you're using it for your own self satisfaction or playing with partners that you personally know, you're fine. Otherwise, the app is plagued with bots, prostitutes, and absolute garbage individuals. This app is only good if you keep to yourself. Otherwise, it's trash. Sad that you need it to control the toys though... Maybe split social and solo lovense functions into separate apps so the prostitutes have to go out to get jobs as opposed to trying to scam guys of 10 or 15 dollar "gifts".

I do enjoy the app. Though I've recently had more crashing. My biggest issue is the burn feature isn't what it was. Without the timer, all my photos are stuck on 1 second which... is pointless. I want my photos one time view only but who can see anything in a second. Bring back the timer please. The app didn't used to crash this often so if that gets fixed, whoo!
8.0 needs fixed! The Ai dosent reset the mesaages, every day. It says that ive hit my max number anytime that i try to use it. its slow and overly clunky. it also wont let me use ANY of the props that ive purchased. the passcode also doesnt work. when the passcode opens at first w/ the app... i can just hit the back button several times, reloading the passcode screen and it will eventually just open; without a code ever being opened. Also... it wont let me delete the AI characters from my inbox

What happened to saved patterns in Lovense Remote?

Up until the last update, the app was great! It stayed connected with toys better than other apps. Now it disconnects and reboots constantly, pushing me to use the toy on manual mode. I pay the premium for lovense products because of the functionality offered in the app. I don't care if it looks pretty (this seems to be the focus of recent updates). Please roll it back so it's functional again
