Why is the Zara app hard to navigate?

The app's UI is just as impractical as the website's. Too fancy, too cumbersome, too "outside the box." It's not uncommon to accidentally swipe right or left to an unrelated item while looking at another item's page. Takes too much scrolling, clicking and un-collapsing to find basic information about a garment. Even a simple zooming motion on a picture often fails and causes something else to happen. To leave a page, you have to hit return two or three times, because it will scroll up instead.

Does the Zara app show clothing measurements and material details?

Does Zara's app have payment or checkout problems?
Several reviewers report failed transactions where money was still debited from their account, and general trouble completing checkout — if a payment appears to fail, it's worth checking your bank statement before retrying.
Although it gives you the option to pay with credit/debit card, it always shows a failed transaction. The money was debited from my account but it showed a failed transaction. Also the app is not user friendly. Perhaps to make it more aesthetic they forgot to make it functional. HORRID EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
