Privacy Policy for InkSend

InkSend ("the app") is a text-styling keyboard app. This policy explains what data the app
handles.

No data collection

InkSend does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no backend server
and no analytics or advertising SDKs. Everything you create in the app — your saved styles, your
handwriting font, and your default-style preference — is stored only in local storage on your
own device, using Android's standard app-local database and preferences storage.

What stays entirely on your device

- Style presets you create (font, text color, background) and which one is set as default.
- Any personal handwriting font you draw and compile in the Handwriting Font Creator.
- Text you type through InkSend's keyboard, only for as long as needed to render the styled
  image you asked to send — it is never transmitted anywhere by InkSend itself, logged, or
  stored beyond your device.

Images you choose to send

When you tap "Style & Send," InkSend renders a styled image of your typed text and hands it to
WhatsApp (or, if WhatsApp isn't installed, the system share sheet) using Android's standard
sharing mechanism. That image is written to a temporary, app-private cache location and shared
only when you explicitly tap the send action — InkSend does not upload it anywhere itself. What
happens to the image after you send it is governed by the receiving app's own privacy policy
(e.g. WhatsApp's).

In-app purchase

InkSend offers a single one-time purchase to unlock custom colors and the handwriting font
creator, processed entirely through Google Play Billing. InkSend does not receive or store your
payment details — that is handled by Google Play. Purchase status (whether you've unlocked the
app) is re-verified with Google Play Billing and cached locally on your device.

In-app review

InkSend may prompt you, at most once per session and only after a successful action like saving
a style, to leave a Play Store review using Google Play's standard In-App Review API. This is
handled entirely by Google Play; InkSend does not know whether you completed a review.

Children's privacy

InkSend is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone,
regardless of age, since it does not collect information from any user.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same location.
